Based on digital architecture and other technologies, this paper studies the technical and economic analysis and evaluation technology of digital economic benefits of power grid enterprises for multiple application scenarios. Aiming at the business demand scenarios such as power grid basic resource operation, power data value-added service and digital platform ecological construction, this paper studies the power grid digital architecture technology, constructs the technical and economic evaluation model for power grid digital system, studies the intelligent classification of data based on differential cluster analysis and decision-making technology based on support vector machine, and realizes the intelligent rating of the project. 摘要

在双碳目标下,电网公司积极推动实施“数字化转型”战略,通过全面实施数字化使能工程,提高电网资源配置、智能交互和服务保障能力。面对双碳要求,开展未来电网形态研究,构建电力数字化技术体系。本文基于数字架构等技术,研究了多种应用场景下电网企业数字经济效益的技术经济分析与评价技术。本文针对电网基础资源运营、电力数据增值服务、数字平台生态建设等业务需求场景,研究了电网数字化架构技术,构建了电网数字化系统的技术经济评价模型,研究了基于差分聚类分析的数据智能分类和基于支持向量机的决策技术。并实现了工程的智能化评级。本文重点对基于新数字技术的多源相关技术经济分析,解决了电网公司数字化转型建设过程中效益量化评估的实际问题,可以很好地指导电网公司后续的数字化建设工作。
