On the basis of R.C.Walker's second-order model, and in accordance with jitter tolerance and jitter transfer, the minimum stability factor are derived in a view to determine the value of Cz and Rz finally. Accomplished circuit design in 0.13-um CMOS process, the power consumption is 210 mW from a supply voltage of 1.2V. Compound TCP(CTCP) is a novel congestion control algorithm for high-speed and long delay networks. This paper develops a dis- crete time dynamic feedback model of a congestion control system with CTCP under random early detection (RED). We find that periodic doubling bifurcation occurs when varying the RED control parameters or other system parameters. The fixed point of congestion control system and the critical value of parameters are determined by theoretical analysis. It includes overall design of the system, construction of the hardware and compilation of the software. The system hardware consists of DC, color camera, cradle head, SEED-VPM642 DSP development board or pan-tilt-zoom control system. The paper analyzes com- mon algorithms of motion target detection. According to the characteristics of the acquired video images and the real-time requirements of the system, based on adjacent frame difference, the paper proposes continuous three-frame image differ- ence method to detect moving objects and uses centroid algorithm as the core algorithm of human motion tracking. The paper uses the character of human complexion and applies face detection algorithm based on complexion, which can rap- idly and accurately get the cleat face information of moving people. And the study selects the sum of the absolute value of gray difference as automatic focusing evaluation function of the design. The degree of the delay caused by the action depends on the scale of a network and network condi- tions at that moment, which could be more than 1000 mini-seconds. Therefore, the service quality can be degraded. In or- der to reduce the influence of the switching delay by the SDN information, this paper proposes a mobility control method for SDN-based wireless networks, whose concepts of the zone and the pre-configured routing rules are utilized in the pro- posed method to enable the function of routing the up-link packets. In addition, an on-line trigger design is proposed to proactively trigger a SDN information to the SDN controller so that the down-link routed routing can be updated. After the SDN controller receives the information, each AP and the routed rules are just required to be adjusted without re- configuring the routed rules so that the time of re-configuring can be reduced. It is through simulation of the Darwin's \"survival of the fittest\" principle that the good incentive structure is excited; Mendelian genetic variation theory by simulation maintains the existing structure in an iterative process, while looking for a better structure, to achieve specific goals of artificial systems optimization. The process of scene image classification is that how to make computer systems to classify the image sets automatically which contain semantic information, according to the visual perception mechanism of human. Here, for the scene categorization problem based on the visual words, the dissertation presents a novel learning framework to design discriminating semantic visual words. Meanwhile, the demands for the safety for these image data are also increasing. In this paper, we firstly investigated the features that existing in the high definition images and then studied the theory of the AES and RSA algorithm. However, the AES algorithm exist some weaknesses when being used, such as effectiveness in running and safety with used keys. In connection with the safety of image data and the used keys in the AES, we made some conversion on the AES algorithm and combined the AES and RSA algorithm to provide protection with centralized key management frame. For operating convenience, the paper introduces Data Stream Recognition mechanism to instruct image stream with added stamps. After this, the safety for image data stream and the efficiency for handing image are both enhanced. To deal with these problems, this paper describes an application of neural network (NN) for obtaining the global optimal solution of ML DOA estimation. It overcomes the local optima problem existing in some ML DOA es- timation algorithms and improves the estimation accuracy.
