The control system is mainly studied here. Firstly, the whole structure and running process of the robot is introduced. Secondly, the hardware part of the control system is introduced, including pneumatic system and electrical control system. Finally, software design and programming are expounded in detail. In particular, a unique analysis method used form in programming is presented. The using effect of the robot prototype shows that the control system of which core is PLC complies with the electrical standard and has a high cost performance. A well-known model which describes the profile of a cable under the action of its own weight allows us to take the cable sags into account. In addition, an approach to computing the cable tensions is pre- sented, in which there are two major steps to obtain the cable tensions. In more detail, the first one is an iterative process for obtaining the iterative cable tensions, while the other one is the optimization of the cable tensions obtained by the first step. Finally, a large scale cable-driven manipulator currently under development is analyzed. These manipulators often have difficulties with grasping heavy objects due to the delicateness and complexity of the structures. This paper describes the authors' attempt on implementing dexterous grasping on a traditional two-single-joint- finger hydraulic manipulator. Hydraulic driven manipulators have higher power output. However, dexterous grasping re- alization on this type of manipulators represents a very high technical challenge as it is difficult to measure the changes in the grasping force and the object attitude. In the authors' study, an angle sensor and a force sensor are used to capture the changes in the finger opening distance and the grasping force. An elastomer and photoelectric device based slip sensor is designed to measure the relative movement between the fingers and the object. A fuzzy control algorithm is developed and implemented on a microcontroller unit to serve as the higher-level controller of a two-level hierarchical control sys- tem for the finger movement. The algorithm decides the feeds of the fingers based on the outputs of the angle, force and slip sensors. The lower-level controller is an electrical grasping motion control device that applies the output of the fuzzy controller to control the movement of the fingers. With a 10Mpa hydraulic power rate, the maximum grasping force of the manipulator is over 2500N. The control method is easy digital realization, overcomes control precision and flexibility of the traditional phase-shifting control special chip. The operation processes and characteristics of the converter are analyzed, and a prototype is built. In this paper, theory of ultrasonic and small orifice gas leakage has been employed, and a mathematical model based on ultrasonic testing gas leakage of aircraft air-tightness system has been deduced. Through improved chaos Duffing oscillator equation and improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm, weak period signal in the strong noise background has been successfully distinguished and denoised.
