The Cache Management of mobile device is based on the mobile database running on multi-disk broadcast environment, which is characterized as not requiring upload channel. In this case, the client can continuously receive expected data stream without sending requests to the server. The limitation of decision tree learning has led to the over-fitting of the training set, thus weakening the accuracy of decision trees. In order to overcome its defects, decision trees pruning is often adopted as a follow-up step of the decision trees learning algorithm to optimize decision trees. At present the commonly-used decision tree sample is based on statistical analysis. Due to the lack of samples, the small training set is less statistical, and it leads pruning methods to failure. Based on the previous research and study, this paper has presented a top-down decision tree incremental pruning method (TDIP), which applies the incremental learning to the comparison between the certainty and uncertainty rules so that only the former remains. In addition, to speed up the process of its pruning, a top-down search is defined to avoid the iteration of the same decision tree. The top-down decision tree incremental pruning method (TDIP) is independent of statistical characteristics of the training set. It is a robust pruning method. In common data query, using the virtual table, the syntax analysis tree and memory database was realized by; cop- ying, moving, and dividing the branch from virtual SQL query syntax tree to make the query optimized. This paper first introduces the hardware structure and the software platform of robot soccer, and focus on the transformation of power system, then, introduces the traditional algorithm for robot path planning and intelligent planning algorithm, on the basis of the above work analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the present various path programming method, thus put forward a kind of path planning of mobile robot improved artificial immune algorithm. According to the static path planning, spatial model is set up using the grid method, and the initial path populations need build artificial immune algorithm using artificial potential field method, the optimization of the mutation operator, puts forward new function of affinity, and the introduction of vaccination, crossover and mutation and other immune mechanism, which can generate good individuals earlier, thus ensuring the convergence rate of the algorithm and the diversity of population, prevent premature convergence, improves the global search ability. A butt welded tubular specimen with three kinds of different welding qualities was inspected and the corresponding ACFM signals were recorded by a commercial instrument. Subsequently sample entropies of the original signals and their wavelet package coefficients were computed respectively and compared via the bar graphs. This paper presents an algorithm that can correctly parse the file in the Matlab format to the greatest extent. The algorithm includes the error pre-analysis part and the fault-tolerance parsing part. With the method of line-skipping parsing and validation, the error pre-analysis part can find all sorts of error that can influence the proper parsing and ultimately form an error information table. By inquiring the error information table and Matlab extension character table to parse the data file and obtain the validation information in advance, the fault tolerance parsing part reliably realizes fault-tolerance parsing of file in the Matlab format. Snowfall, however, is one of the most difficult to be measured among meteorological elements, especially on the railways. To solve this problem, the real-time monitoring of snow along the railway can be helpful. This can effectively avoid railway accidents caused by snowstorms, improving transport safety and efficiency as well as providing a quantitative reference for the safe operation of the rail- way. In this paper, a snow disaster prevention system is designed to measure the snow depth and issue the early warning. The parameters of PID controller are usually set according to the experience of the designer. It is not only time-consuming and tedious, but also can’t be controlled accurately. So the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used in this paper, which is used to optimize the parameters of PID controller by combining with PID controller. The proportional coefficient, integral coefficient and differential coefficient of PID controller are used as three particles of the particle swarm optimization algorithm. The accurate initialization parameters are selected, and then the speed and position information is updated to realize the global optimization of particle. Therefore, the three optimized parameters of PID controller are obtained, which are used to simulate the active magnetic levitation control system.
