In this paper, through the analysis of security threats to computer network information and protective factors conducted, a strategy for a common computer network information security and protection strategy has been proposed, and useful lessons for our computer network and information security and protection reference have been provided. A series of questions such as security and dependability regarding the computer network system arise, which has been taken into consideration in proposing the strategy. This paper puts forward proposals with respects to the importance of the computer network system, existing problems of the online security of the computer, and precautionary measures. Data were collected daily and archived orderly onto a model sheet. This sheet was scanned and saved as JPEG form. Tracing areas in JPEG image were measured directly based on the integrated reference, using “Magic Wand tool” and “Histogram” in the Photoshop. Formula for calculating the pixel data was described. Low coefficient of variation and stable deviation rate were found. The existing TFAR model is improved, the new fractional low order time- frequency autoregressive (FLO-TFAR) model and the concept of generalized TF-Yule-Walker equation are proposed, fractional low-order covariance is preferred instead of autocorrelation in the model; The parameter estimation of the mod- el is derived, spectrum estimation algorithm based on the FLO-TFAR model is presented, and the steps of the algorithm are summarized. The detailed comparison of the FLO-TFAR S Sα model based on fractional low order moment (FLOM) and the Gaussian TFAR model based on autocorrelation is done. Context awareness is the key to the success of prospective applications, such as location based services and social information delivery. This paper focuses on the hot topic of how to store and manage this context information efficiently. To support social information routing, this paper brought forward an unbalanced slid- ing window based social structure mining algorithm. We also developed new concept of Context Objects Database, COD, which stored and managed various context information and objects such as time, location, interaction and so on. The pa- per mainly discusses the unbalanced sliding window model, fundamental architecture of COD. We also discuss the appli- cation of the COD such as mining social structure using sliding window model. The image was divided into the upper and lower blocks, making the encryption factor associate with the plain text and the cipher text. The encryption formula was improved which complicated the rela- tionship between the cipher text and the plain text and keys. The experiment is taken to do the comparison for the effect of encryption and mapping before and after using the new algoritm. And the paper proposes an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. In- ternet of Things is a good enabling technology for logistics and supply chains which implements seamless, real-time tracking and monitoring goods at the level of items. In this paper, we propose a solution, which adopts RFID/GPS/3G/GIS technologies to implement real-time surveillance of logistics in transit. Based on the proposed solution, we chose the tabacco logistics as an example and developed an actual monitoring system for Logistics & Distribution Center of China, which successfully implements real-time vehicle tracking and cigarette packages monitoring. The outcome indicates that this solution minimizes missing goods and effectively reduces wrong delivery. Internet of things (IOT), an application of the next gener- ation Internet, has received much attention and will be a worldwide competition emphasis because IOT can realize the interconnection between things and things, also between things and people. IOT will improve old industries and pro- mote new ones. The popularization and application of IOT will not only influence the progress of industrialization and informationization (1, 2), but also have far-reaching impact on social economy and human life. The construction of mod- ern logistics service system should be sped up to correspond with the development of informationization. Modern logis- tics should be the new force to promote the development of modern services as it has quicker reaction, integrated func- tion, serialization service, normalized work, systematic target, modern method, networked organization, marketing organi- zation and electronica information. After obtaining the key image characteristics by using the SIFT algorithm, a gridding structure was built centered on the pixel point in each region, calculating the partial difference between the pixel points, and assigning weight to each pixel encoding with different contrasts. In this study, the model-based feature vector combining the Gabor algorithm was extracted to build the SIFT-GMLBP feature vector, which reduced feature dimensions by mapping of the original complement with each other. The test showed that the SIFT-GMLBP algorithm possesses a fairly good feature matching effect, with the correct matching rate over 95%, and reduced running time of 0.05S. Firstly, a new formulation to estimate t is created by combining constant albedo and dark channel prior. Secondly, the watershed segmentation is introduced to divide the whole areas into some gray level consistent parts according to color distribution in the image so that user can better estimate the atmospheric light A, and also further avoid halo artifacts phenomenon. Finally, through this effective estimation to t and A, the scene visibility is largely increased and the haze-free scene contrasts can be better recovered.
