Âşık Çelebi was born in a village called Vılçıtrın in Prizren, one of the important cities of the Balkans. Âşık Çelebi, who spent a significant part of his education life in Istanbul, subsequently carried out a significant part of the civil service he had undertaken within the Ottoman bureaucratic structure in various cities within the borders of the Balkans. He settled in some Balkan cities on the occasion of his duties and lived there for a long time; Of course, he had the opportunity to travel to nearby cities, as he stated in his biographer. For this reason, in Meşâ'irü'ş - Şu'arâ, which is Âşık Çelebi's collection of poets, it is possible to come across various impressions about the Balkan cities. While these cities sometimes come to the fore with their physical features, they are sometimes the subject of bio-cultural structures or the beautiful feelings that the poet awakens in his soul. While some cities are explained in detail with various aspects, some cities are only mentioned for certain reasons. Poets also do this with their poems. Zeynel Beksaç is such a poet in the Balkans with his versatile feature, especially his poetry. In the study, Beksaç's books “Çetrefil Sevda” (Ç. S.), “Vurmazsam Namerdim” (V. N.), “Önce Sevgiye Doğar Güneş” (Ö. S. D. G.) “Gökkuşağında Salınan Çocuk” (G. S. Ç) books and “Rumeli O Benim İşte (R. O B. İ.), (Toplu Şiirler 1971 2017)”, “Rüyalarım Çiçek Açtı (R. Ç. A.), (Toplu Şiirler 1970 2014)”. There are poems in the books in “Rumeli O Benim İşte”, “Vurmazsam Namerdim”, “Çetrefil Sevda”, “Düşünce Usa Durmadı Daha”, and that do not fit into them. All poems in these books were included in the study under the subject headings. At the beginning, Zeynel Beksaç and his works were briefly introduced, and then his poetics in all aspects was emphasized. The language, structure, expression technique and content of the poems that the poet shaped with his own feelings, thoughts and understanding of art are discussed within subtopics of examples. This region, which is the second largest city in Bulgaria, continues to exist as an important educational and cultural city. Many Turkish newspapers are also published here. The aim of this research is to determine the Turkish newspapers and magazines published in Plovdiv and to determine their importance in terms of Bulgarian Turkish press history. By using the descriptive scanning method, the sources related to the subject were examined and the newspapers and magazines published in the city of Plovdiv were tried to be determined. To achieve our goal, the primary sources in the archives of Kiril and Methodius National Library and the Plovdiv Ivan Vazov Public Library were used, and the publication times and publication policies of newspapers and magazines were examined. As a result of the research, 41 periodicals were determined in Plovdiv. Thirty-eight of them are newspapers and three are magazines. The uprisings and land losses in the early 1900s, which were a turning point in Turkish political history, made it necessary to define a new native country and in this context strengthened the belief in the power of national identity, memory, and consciousness. During the depressing times of nations and states, literature and intellectuals assumed important responsibilities for the envision of a new native country, the construction of identity and the establishment of national consciousness. Mehmet Behcet Perim, one of the important representatives of Turkish literature in Bulgaria, known for his poet, writer, and journalist identities, has also written works in almost all genres of literature as the voice and conscience of the nation to which he belongs; he is a literary figure who fought for the Bulgarian Turks to unite around an ideal. The literary and intellectual works he wrote are remarkable texts in terms of cultural elements such as language, literature, art, history, belief, geography. Kurumun bazi calismalarinin Rusya sinirlari disinda da gerceklestigi bilinmektedir. Fakat farkli nedenlerden dolayi Balkan topraklari Rus Cografya Dernegi’nin inceleme kapsami disinda yer almistir. Balkan bolgesinin ve bu bolgedeki halklarin incelenme tarihi, XIX. yuzyilin ortalarina rastlamaktadir. Bu donemde Balkan topraklarinda gorevli bulunan Rus diplomatlar, ilk calismalari gerceklestirmislerdir. Genel olarak, bu calismalarin temel amaci Balkan topraklarindaki Hristiyan ve Slav kokenli halklarin Rus okuyucusuna tanitilmasidir. Bu nedenle diplomat, seyyah ve gonulluler eserlerinde, mektuplarinda Balkan topraklarindaki Slav halklari ve onlarin yasami, dilleri, gelenekleri ile ilgili gozlemlere yer vermis, Rus diplomat Konstantin Leontyev ise gozlemlerinden hareketle Balkan halklarinin temsilcilerinin kahramani oldugu edebi eserler kaleme almistir.
