Two recommended medications, tiotropium bromide (TIO) and roflumilast, exert their pharmacological effects of bronchodilation and anti-inflammation respectively. This review's purpose is to elucidate two drug therapies, TIO and roflumilast for COPD comprehensively, therefore their pharmacodynamic, pharmacology and pharmacokinetic properties are reviewed. Both once-daily administration of tiotropium and roflumilast demonstrate improvement of patients’ lung function, suggesting their good potency to treat COPD.","PeriodicalId":153475,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129753621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the author put forward Yang Dongfang model on the variation patterns of Hg content in both surface and bottom waters. The vertical distribution changes of Hg content in Jiaozhou Bay from 1986 to 1990 adequately unveiled the sedimentation process of Hg as it was deposited constantly and rapidly on the seabed. With the analysis of the surveys carried out from 1986 to 1990, we found that the water effects of Hg varied in different seasons. In spring, Hg content in surface waters represented dilution effects on the seabed. In the summer of the same year, the Hg in surface waters was diluted on the seabed but it was sometimes accumulated there. In the autumn of the same year, both dilution effects and accumulative effects appeared on the seabed and finally the two effects turned out to become dilution effect only.","PeriodicalId":153475,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128616205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: The targets of acupuncture at guanyuan (CV4), sanyinjiao (SP6) and zusanli (ST36) were retrieved using the PubMed database. The targets related to primary dysmenorrhea were collected using GeneCards database. The common targets of acupuncture and primary dysmenorrhea were obtained by using VENN diagram and used to establish a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network in the STRING database. Cytoscape software (version 3.9.1) was used to screen the key targets in PPI networks. Gene Ontology (GO) functional enrichment and Kyoto Genome Encyclopedia (KEGG) were used to obtain correspongding pathway analysis and visualization. Results: 24 intersection targets of acupuncture CV4, SP6, ST36 and primary dysmenorrhea were screened, and 10 key targets were screened, which were IL6, IL1B, STAT3, TP53, CXCL8, POMC, AKT1, PTGS2, VEGFA and IL17A. Go function enrichment analysis yielded 169 biological processes (BP), 17 molecular functions (MF) and 9 cellular component (CC). KEGG pathway enrichment screening yielded 93 signal pathways. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea involves multiple targets and pathways. Acupuncture may exert therapeutic effects on primary dysmenorrhea through TNF signaling pathway, cAMP signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway, Pi3k-akt signaling pathway and MAPK Signaling pathway via affecting inflammatory response, platelet aggregation and improving hypoxia.","PeriodicalId":153475,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126865724","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper investigates the effects of Astragaloside IV, one substance the Bushen formula contains, on HBV induced Treg-cell transformation in animal models. Mice will be injected with HBV and grown for 3 months to simulate CHB patients. Astragaloside IV will be tested on dose-dependency by administering different quantities of the substance. There are two major types of possible results for the effects of Astragaloside IV on the expression of Treg-cells: (1) Astragaloside IV does downregulate Treg-cells, (2) Astragaloside IV does not downregulate Treg-cells. Astragalus mongholicus, the source of Astragaloside IV, is one of the many plants often used in CTM. This study will provide us with more details on the mechanisms which CTM treats diseases by analyzing at a molecular level.","PeriodicalId":153475,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120941007","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hence, the main purpose of this work is to hypothesize a potential combinational therapy with prospective enhancements to Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cells, a provision of anticipated results in vivo immune compromised Rat model with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. This study, based on previously done research, it suggests the inclusion of Synnotch Receptor, which can manage T cell exhaustion and alter antigen recognition by on/off switching the receptors, particularly adjusting for CD19 and supplementary CD22, CD20, and CD30. In addition to Synnotch, this work suggests that PGC1a and GLUT 1 be upregulated to deal with the problem of poor persistence in the tumor microenvironment, monitored by western blot and flow cytometry during experiments, and in addition, with the application of GM-CSF for tackling cytokine release syndrome.","PeriodicalId":153475,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"740 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116120150","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In terms of time, through the discussion on the data of Hg content during five consecutive years from 1986 to 1990, we determined the changes happened in time and space of Hg content and obtained following results: (1) the changing process of Hg in years and mouths and its model; (2) the changing process of sources of Hg on the basis of time and space. Those patterns and changing process based on time and space laid a solid theoretical foundation of the migration process of Hg in water bodies.","PeriodicalId":153475,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115277109","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the size and shape of cells are varied largely, and the presence of overlapping cells complicates cell counting. Recent studies have shown that multi-task learning methods perform well in deep learning. In specific, we design Multi-task Segmentation Regression Counting Network (MSRCN). For cell segmentation, a multi-scale attention mechanism module is designed to suppress irrelevant regions and learns salient features for a specific task. For cell counting, a regression model is utilized to learn a mapping from cell feature information to target counts. The proposed MSRCN model is analyzed and compared with other states of the art cell segmentation methods and cell counting methods. MSRCN outperforms these methods in all evaluation metrics. The Dice similarity coefficient, root mean square error, and mean absolute error of the proposed method is 0.9316, 2.1215, and 1.5927, respectively. The experiments results show that the proposed method not only improves the functioning of cell segmentation, but also outperforms direct regression counting methods in terms of cell counting.","PeriodicalId":153475,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"49 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121006533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study combined artificial intelligence technology to quantitatively analyze spindle density in adult patients with epilepsy. All patients received one-night sleep electroencephalogram monitoring. We employed a convolutional neural network-based sleep staging system to predict sleep macrostructure. Then we applied two species of advanced algorithms: Spindler and Latent state spindle detector, to automatically detect sleep spindle during non-rapid eye movement sleep stage 2. And we calculated three kinds of frequency range spindle density involving 11-17 Hz, 9-12 Hz, and 12-15 Hz. Our results suggested that 11-17 Hz and 12-15 Hz spindle density in adult epilepsy predominated in parietal and 9-12 Hz spindle density in prefrontal regions.","PeriodicalId":153475,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine Sciences","volume":"109 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121774393","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
