Zhang, Chaorong Wei","doi":"10.1109/ICICIP.2010.5564169","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICICIP.2010.5564169","url":null,"abstract":"This paper in the research of Region-Based characteristic image retrieval method foundation, proposed a new kind of the color image retrieval method based on wavelet transformation G-Regions Of Interest (GROI). we first use HVS(Human Visual System) characteristic to choose the color space which fit for the visual characteristics, then use K-means clustering to extract the areas of interest in the wavelet transform domain, and using the local energy of the wavelet coefficients in the areas of interest as a texture feature, color's mean and variance as a color feature, the barycentric coordinates as a position feature, we calculate similarity of between the image content and retrieval. National freeway ramp control study is later and more behind and its application is fewer. In this paper, we present the freeway ramp control based on interval type-2 fuzzy controller. In contrast to type-1 fuzzy controller, interval type-2 fuzzy controller can handle uncertain information and anomalistic noise more effectively. Currently, there are various fuzzy reasoning methods and applications. This paper points out a kind of new recursive reasoning method which is based on move rate of fuzzy membership functions and it's application. To reduce the time cost by fuzzy reasoning, concepts of move rate and move action are proposed. In recursive fuzzy reasoning, generally, recursion is for consequent fuzzy sets, therefore fuzzy reasoning time is long and then practically programming workings is very difficult for us. Using new method, the designed system is composed of a block of PID operation, block of characteristic sampling, block of characteristic determine, block of PID parametric setpoint, block of fading factor calculation and control object. To determine PID parameters, fuzzy rules is made and proposed recursive fuzzy reasoning is applied. The fault diagnosis for marine diesel engine is conducted by using the well-trained wavelet network. It is required to establish some beacons in particular position with equal height in measurement area. Adjust camera carefully to ensure that the measurement plane is orthogonal to the image plane of the camera. The DGS model which is used to calculate the coordinates of points in measurement area is built with the pinhole imaging model and the coordinates of calibration objects. The comprehensive error caused by measurement error was simulated in MATLAB with DGS model, and the experiment of actual measurement was done. The experiment data was processed respectively by the DGS model and the DLT (direct linear transformation) model. The results show obviously that both the accuracy and error stability of DGS are better than ones of DLT. The average relative error of DGS in this experiment is 0.5%. This paper incorporates discrete choice theory in incident duration prediction. Ordered Probit Model is employed to forecast the incident duration. All 62941 incident records from Beijing Transportation Management Bureau are used for model establishment and other 8000 records for validation. Job-shop scheduling problem (JSSP) is one among the common NP-hard combinatorial optimization problems. The JSSP is defined as allocation of machines for a set of jobs over time in order to optimize the performance measure satisfying certain constraints like processing time, waiting time, completion time, etc. In this paper an eminent approach based on the paradigms of evolutionary computation for solving job shop scheduling problem is proposed. The solution to the problem is alienated into three phases; planning, scheduling and optimization. Initially, the jobs are scheduled, in which the machines and jobs with respect to levels are planned. Scheduling is optimized using evolutionary computing algorithm such as Genetic Algorithm (GA), which is a powerful search technique, built on a model of the biological evolution. Like natural evolution GA deal with a population of individuals rather than a single solution and fuzzy interface is applied for planning and scheduling of jobs. The well known Fisher and Thompson 10×10 instance (FT10) problem is selected as the experiment problem. Therefore, a host computer monitoring management software for fuelcell voltage polling measurement based on virtual instrument programming software LabVIEW8.5 was developed. The host computer monitoring management software could show fuelcell's operation voltage to user intuitively in manner of wave illustration, wave form and table through receiving fuelcell's voltage parameters from client computer, and save them with TXT format based on user's demand, thus it is convenient for user to inquire about fuelcell's history and to analyze their status.
