Automatic recognition of flowers using computer technology is of great social benefits. We analyze the features and disadvantages of existing methods, and propose a regional feature extraction method based on the shape characteristics of flowers. Since most flowers bloom radially and provide centrosymmetric features for their images, we therefore divide each flower image into several feature-ring regions and define their correspond features according to the information contained in them. The Kalman adaptive filter is used to obtain the on-line inverse model of the device under test (DUT). The time domain signal having a reference power spectral density (PSD) is updated by the inverse model. The reference PSD is replicated by the reproduction of the time domain signal at the output of the DUT. The random vibration adaptive control is developed and used for the PSD replication in the hydraulic vibration table. The selection timing on sequence image samples and the method that how to reconstruct the background have very important impacts on the accuracy of dynamic background reconstruction. As more complexity of urban road junction traffic information, the existing background reconstruction algorithms have some shortcomings. We present a dynamic background reconstruction algorithm on enhanced light adaptability. It effectively reduces background reconstruction errors caused by the slow change of light intensity. Our framework is based on a coarse-to-fine strategy, as we first get a coarse result allowed of some negative samples, then eliminate the negative samples step by step. In our framework, we make the most of the multi-channel information by employing a boosted soft segmentation algorithm. Additionally, we develop a multi-scale background subtraction method to obtain the coarse segmentation result. After subtracting the optical disc (OD) region from the coarse result, the HEs are extracted by a SVM classifier. The main contributions of this paper are: (1) propose an efficient and robust framework for automatic HEs segmentation; (2) present a boosted soft segmentation algorithm to combine multi-channel information; (3) employ a double ring filter to segment the OD region. We perform our experiments on the pubic DIARETDB1 dateset, which consists of 89 fundus images. The performance of our algorithm is assessed on both lesion-based criterion and image-based criterion. The nonlinearities are not restricted to output nonlinearities. To guarantee the boundedness of the parameter estimate error, we use the projection algorithm in the adaptive law. Based on this observer, observer backstepping method is used to design controller. Nonlinear damping terms are used to counteract the destabilizing effect of the parameter estimation errors and observation estimation errors. In this paper, a distributed system for simulating the crustal movement was developed. The crustal movement simulation system (CMSS) is designed based on multi-agent system (MAS). Such a simulation system is composed by a number of independently controlled parallel robots, and each robot represents a crustal plate. To achieve smooth and accurate motion without slipping and sliding, realtime coordinate control of the multi-agent system is essential. Based on the MAS, a general approach for formation constrained coordinated motion control scheme is proposed. Then it sets up the “analysis framework of negotiation strategies” between the manufacturer and the distributor based on an analysis of the respective conditions, advantages, and disadvantages of the manufacturer and distributor. Thirdly, this study sets up a reward matrix of the strategy action game between the manufacturer and the distributor. Then establishes a set of feasible “negotiation models” based on the reward matrix of the strategy game between the both parties to observe how the manufacturer and the distributor make their own bargaining decisions in the situation of information asymmetry or exterior opportunity/threat.
