This research is a descriptive study designed to describe carefully, clearly and objectively about employee work motivation. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. This study aims to determine the effect of the headmaster leadership style on teacher performance at State Vocational School 1 Gowa. This research is quantitative research. Respondents were all teachers of State Vocational School 1 Gowa. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews and documentation. Data obtained from the results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the influence of the leadership style of the principal of the State Vocational School 1 Gowa was in a very good category with a percentage rate of 84.03 percent, and for the teacher performance of the State Vocational School 1 Gowa included in the very good category with a percentage rate of 84.49 percent. This can be proven by the results of the moment product correlation analysis of 0.280, which means the level of relations in the low category. It can be concluded that there is a Positive and Significant Influence of the influence of headmaster leadership style on the performance of teachers at State Vocational School 1 Gowa, seen from several indicators of leadership variables, namely directing style coaching style, and supporting style. (2) To get a clear picture of the relationship between the amount of funds available and the credit activities of the South Sulawesi Regional Development bank. (3) To find out the policies stipulated by the Regional Development Bank of South Sulawesi, especially the credit sector. The data collection method used in this study, is through Library Research, and Field Research. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion, in this section it can be concluded: (1) the South Sulawesi Regional Development Bank which is the Regional Government of South Sulawesi Province in addition to functioning as a public bank as well as regional government holders whose source of funds comes from local governments and service office located in the province of South Sulawesi. This study aims to describe the organizational culture, description of student learning motivation and the influence of organizational culture on learning motivation of class X students in office administration skills competencies in SMK YPLP1 PGRI Makassar., amounting to 66 students. Data collection used in this study were observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that organizational culture belonged to the good category, viewed from seven indicators, namely innovation, stability, orientation to people, orientation to results, calm, attention to details and orientation to collaboration. Student learning motivation is categorized as very good, in terms of five indicators, namely the desire and desire to succeed, the encouragement and need for learning, the hopes and ideals of the future, the existence of interesting activities in learning and the existence of a conducive learning environment. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was all Civil Servants at the 142 / TTG Military Command in the City of Parepare. The sample in this study were as many as 30 permanent employees using the census method because the population was limited. Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis, inferential analysis with regression models using SPSS Prgoram version 20. The results showed that leadership style, competence, education and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of 142 / TTG civil servants in the city of Parepare. This type of research is a case study with the reason that this study is specific to clearly describe the meaning or phenomenon that occurs. This study also uses the naturalistic paradigm approach (qualitative) to analyze and construct employees who are directed to obtain data based on empirical facts. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction focused on selecting, simplifying, abstracting and transforming crude data from field notes, followed by data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the reciprocal system looks at the three indicators, namely: 1) Providing work motivation to employees through the level of well-being, 2) promotion and 3) the completeness of office facilities and infrastructure can produce increasing levels of productivity, giving motivation through promotion have a positive impact because employees have the ability to create effectiveness and efficiency in work, office facilities and infrastructure have undergone spontaneous changes, namely from manual to computerized systems. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 (lima) orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar pada umunya sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini dinilai dari kelima indikator kompetensi profesional guru seperti, menguasai landasan pendidikan, yakni mampu memahami tujuan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional, mengusai bahan pengajaran, dengan menguasai bahan pengajaran kurikulum dan penyusunan program pengajaran, juga telah optimal dalam menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran, kemudian melaksanakan program pengajaran, dimana telah menciptakan iklim belajar mengajar yang tepat, dan menilai hasil dan proses belajar mengajar yang telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat motivasi kerja pegawai PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar. Penelitian ini tergolong jenis penelitian deskriptif yang dirancang untuk menggambarkan secara cermat, jelas dan obyektif mengenai motivasi kerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, dokumentasi, angket dan wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan kearsipan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 104 pegawai dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 41 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket/kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan indikator pencatatan dan pendistribusian arsip termasuk dalam kategori efektif, indikator penyimpanan arsip termasuk dalam kategori efektif, indikator pemeliharaan arsip termasuk dalam kategori sangat efektif, dan indikator penyusutan arsip termasuk dalam kategori sangat efektif.
