Clean and healthy water is needed to support all community activities every day because water plays an important role for family needs, irrigation, recreation, and industry. This study aims to find out how the director's strategy in improving the quality of drinking water services at Perumda Tirta Sinjai Bersatu is related to problems, complaints and public complaints. This research includes qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study are: Director of Perumda Tirta Sinjai Bersatu, Head of service and billing, Head of subscription relations, Head of Division. Production, Head of Distribution Subdivision and Community as customers of clean water at Perumda Tirta Sinjai Bersatu The data analysis techniques used are data collection, decision making or verification. This study aims for a COVID-19 pandemic preparedness plan in mining companies. The methodology used in this study was to compare mining companies' COVID-19 preparedness plans with ISO/PAS 45005:2020 Standard General guidelines for working safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results The results suggest several elements for COVID-19 pandemic preparedness including leadership, risk management. , case management, health protocols, 3Ts (tracing, testing and treatment), emergency management, and case investigations have been identified as key elements for inclusion. The scoring system can be based on the level of implementation of each element. This study aims to determine the description of excellent service from the A6 aspect in Grapari Makassar. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study to provide an in-depth picture of excellent service in terms of A6. The informants in this study were five randomly selected customers, and one customer service. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and observation. The data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the usual informants in this study were all the heads of UPT Education in Tarakan City Regency and other parties who were considered to know the problems in this study. The informants of this research are all parties who are directly involved in the use of academic information systems, namely students, study program operators, lecturers, and SIA managers at the UNM ICT Center. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data analysis are presented in the form of a description that describes the procedures, constraints, and solutions in the use of the Academic Information System. Research objectives to determine an overview of the effectiveness level of employee discipline culture in the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Sinjai Regency and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the employee work discipline culture. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data presented through the frequency table and processed through the technique of calculating scores. The data analysis technique in this study uses the percentage formula. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the employee discipline culture was in the very effective category in terms of punctuality, using office equipment properly. This research can be used as a reference to determine the level of work discipline and awareness of employees at the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Sinjai Regency. This organization which is engaged in the health sector is one of the backbones of the country in terms of providing health services to the community. The more complete the facilities and infrastructure of an organization or hospital, it will also have a positive impact on the level of satisfaction with the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of service commitment and service quality on performance through beneficiary satisfaction at task implementation unit Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru Bone. The results showed that the quality and service commitment of task implementation unit Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru greatly influenced the performance of all workers involved in the system. However, the negative relationship that occurs between user satisfaction and performance of task implementation unit Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru illustrates the lack of further communication between benefit users and task implementation unit Regional General Hospital Tenriawaru. Similarly, the results of the study concluded that the better the service quality of a hospital, the higher the patient satisfaction and vice versa.
