In an effort to develop PADes, it is necessary to carry out an economic empowerment where rural communities have the opportunity and freedom to develop their economy. This research uses the qualitative approach with research methods will be used. Informants in this research are the Head of Bua Village, Bua Village Officials, Head of Dusun, BPD, and Bua Village Community. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This research is intended to examine and analyze related to the application of learning from school. The type of research used is a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation review. The data analysis technique was carried out by descriptive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that in distance learning (PJJ) or online but in its implementation there are still polemics or challenges experienced by teachers including; lack of online teaching skills, lack of Learning Facilities, lack of teacher interaction with students. E-government is a form of implementing the use of information technology for government services to the public. E-government development is an effort to organize an electronic-based government system in order to improve the quality of public services effectively and efficiently. This research is a qualitative research which is a holistic single-case study with research locations in the District and District of Sinjai. The data collection technique used in this research is semi-structured interview. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The informants of this research were represented from the government, the private sector/ICT entrepreneurs, communities/ICT practitioners and some from the general public. The type of research method used by the researcher is the descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at the BAPPEDA office in Bone Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Policy Context is deemed to have been by the problems being faced. existing policies contain things that can solve the problem to be solved. However, in its implementation, the indicators for the preparation of HDI in Bone Regency are still lagging behind other regencies/cities in South Sulawesi, Bone Regency's HDI is still ranked 23rd out of 24 city districts. but the increase is not as big and fast as other districts. In the bid to achieve this objective, resort is made to adopting a theoretical and doctrinal methodology wherein relevant primary and secondary source materials were utilized. This includes a critical examination of relevant statutory provisions, case law and scholarly literature. The information obtained through these sources was subjected to a contextual and descriptive analysis. The paper finally reaches its findings by revealing that this age long concept has not lost its usefulness and is still relevant in modern day’s maritime transaction. This study uses a quantitative study with a population of all students at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone totaling 384 students, with a sample of 40 students at an error rate of 10%. Data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis using the formula of the mean (mean), standard deviation, and inferential statistical analysis using simple regression for hypothesis testing. The results showed that classroom management at the Office Administration Department of SMK Negeri 1 Watampone was classified as good, this was supported by the power approach, freedom approach, role balance approach, teaching approach, emotional and social atmosphere approach, and a combination approach. Meanwhile, the learning motivation of students in the Office Administration Department at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone is classified as high, this is supported by intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. In addition, the results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of classroom management on student motivation in the Office Administration Department at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone, Bone Regency.
