This kind of filter uses hairpin resonator as its basic unit, and the input/output coupling structure can introduce transmission zeros at the both sides of the passband due to source/load (S/L) coupling. Short-circuited stub is loaded at the center of the hairpin resonator to form dual-mode resonator, which results in that a two order filter can produce four transmission poles in its wide passband. Whereas, digital predistortion (DPD) is one of the cost-effective ways to improve the linearization performance of PAs. In this paper, a novel perdistorter model, which is used in digital predistortion of RF power amplifiers and based on the sum of sin function, is proposed. In the first stage, the new model is simulated in the MATLAB, then it is implemented by FPGA after accomplishing it's feasibility verification. Finally, the model is applied into the digital predistortion system and validated it's factual performance. It's the first time to add sub-threshold current based on [1], and introduces self-heating effect under high Vds large Ids in the device. AlGaN/GaN HEMT semi-empirical DC model is optimized. I-V curves are fitted well. An AlGaN/GaN HEMT large-signal model is developed. A comparison of simulation results with experiments data is made, and good agreements of (output power) and Gain at the bias of Vgs = -2V, Vds = -25V have been obtained at operational frequency of 5.4 GHz. Fortunately, track association provides a method to solve this problem. In this paper, based on the airborne radar and IR sensor, a track association algorithm for heterogeneous sensor is proposed. At first, the discriminant function for track association is given through the research of fuzzy comprehensive theory. Then, the decision criterion, which includes azimuth and elevation, is used to track association. Gilbert cells with transimpedance loads are applied to achieve wide bandwidth. According to the single-ended measurements, the 3-dB bandwidth is 10.5GHz at a maximum gain of 22dB. A gain-bandwidth product of 132GHz is achieved. The circuit consists of two cascaded variable gain stages to offer a high dynamic range. The experiment results show the dynamic range is larger than 28dB. The chip consumes 368mV at a supply voltage of -5.2V. Similar to parabolic antenna, the reflect-array is typically fed by a horn. Based on the far-field (FF) model, i.e., spherical wave model, the feed horn is assumed to have a fixed phase center so that designers can employ it as the phase reference to estimate the phase of the feed wave incident on the reflect elements and compensate for reflect-array. However, in some configurations, the reflect-array is fed in the Fresnel zone. In such cases, the FF model becomes inappropriate. The paper presents a new method to calculate the compensation phase for reflect-elements. This method utilizes the phase of the incoming wave on the reflector units as the reference to calculate the compensation phase. An array that is feed by a close horn is designed with the proposed method. First the cross-correlation between signals received by two receivers in different directions relative to MIMO radar is analyzed. It shows that the cross-correlation changes with the angle difference in certain value of which the two signals are even completely uncorrelated. Then a detailed analysis of angle-range coupling is presented based on uniform linear transmit array (ULTA) when Stepped Frequency Division Linear Frequency Modulation (SFDLFM) signals are used. By placing a couple of open-circuited stubs to the corner points of a hexangular loop resonator, the resonator structures have been formed. By means of moving gaps between the open-circuited stubs to obtain a perturbation effect, two mode frequencies and transmission zero points emerged. By using two resonators, this filter has two different passbands. Although there are two resonators, only have one feed-line. This means the two resonators share the same feed-lines. By arrange one resonator into the other, designed dual-band bandpass microstrip filters have a compact size of 12mm × 10.39mm surface area and such a configuration has been satisfied a compact structure.
