The proposed QVCO is simulated in the 130 nm CMOS technology. All MOSFETs are designed in the deep n-well. Consuming the power of 3.4 mW from a 0.35 V supply voltage, the QVCO achieves a frequency tuning range from 6.54 GHz to 6.98 GHz as the tuning voltage is varied from 0 V to 0.4 V. The simulation result shows that the phase noise at 1 MHz offset is -108.1 dBc/Hz at the carrier frequency of 6.98 GHz and the figure of merit (FOM) of the QVCO is -180 dBc/Hz. However its physical nature is based on analytic wave functions, as for the irregular boundary, it is also available by analytic continuity. So if the cross-section of a particle tends to circle, the extension area should equals to zero. Therefore in theory, the results obtained by T-matrix should be identical with the classical analytic solutions. The transformer, based on 20 coplanar waveguides whose impedances are gradually increased from 50 ohm to 93 ohm, is analyzed through Cadence™ Spectre schematic and post-layout simulations. A special dispersion shape used in broadband traveling-wave tubes (TWT) is obtained. The and simulation studies of negative dispersion are presented. On the basis of these studies, a broadband TWT used in microwave power module (MPM) is designed. Compared with the old TWT with flat dispersion, the new one with negative dispersion decreases the second harmonic content about 10 dB and improves the fundamental efficiency about 5% at the low end of the band. The array antenna provides an impedance bandwidth of 7.7% for VSWR <; 1.4, operating around 2.6 GHz. The total thickness of the array antenna is about 0.052λ0 and the array dimension is 160×160 mm2. A gain of higher than 12 dBi is achieved within the bandwidth. By introducing the dual-feed technique and modifying the shape of patches, the isolation between the two polarized ports is higher than 30 dB over the entire bandwidth. A DMDL-UE simulation system model is proposed using the MIMO antenna, which shows good S-parameters within the GSM and TD-LTE band. The Doppler frequency maneuvering targets, such as aircraft and missiles, is time-varying and spreading with long integration time (CIT). In this situation, the Fourier transform based target detection and tracking techniques may fail to work well with a long CIT, because there is a trade-off between the CIT length and Doppler resolution. A new method to detect maneuvering weak targets in the OTHR systems is proposed here. Time-frequency distribution techniques have been used to estimate the range of parameters of targets firstly, then, genetic algorithm (GA) is used to estimate the parameters accurately. The designed lowpass filter is implemented by cascading two cells with different dimensions. Compared with a conventional CMRC, this work shows the advantages of smaller size, only 7.3*3.7mm2, and high rejection as well as wider stopband. With the DBF technique, the receiver can form multiple integrated transmit and receive beams. As multiple orthogonal signals are transmitted, direct-path interference and multi-path interference are combination of multiple signals, and meanwhile, considering the correlativity of target signal and interference, the methods such as transmit nulling, sidelobe cancellation and subspace-projection are inapplicable. The method of CLEAN algorithm based direct-path interference and multi-path interference suppression is proposed in this paper with the characters of this radar and the lack of existing methods considered. This method suppresses the direct-path and multi-path interference, highlighting the weak target signal by stripping strong interference signals layer by layer.
