A new technique based on an adaptive input-power distribution is introduced to overcome the limitations of practical Doherty power amplifiers. The extended-resonance divider is designed by exploiting the peaking amplifier's nonlinear input impedance, so that more power can be delivered to the carrier and peaking amplifiers in the low and high power regions, respectively. Therefore, the two amplifiers are efficiently driven and can generate output current and voltage characteristics similar to the ideal Doherty amplifier. The filter is composed of a waveguide, a ridge and some stagger-placed tuning screws. To validate the structure, an order-3 filter is designed, simulated and optimized as an example. The stop-band of the filter is 18-20GHz and pass-band frequency range is 8-12 GHz. The coupling characteristics of 20-aperture directional coupler with the distribution of Chebychev-equal radius are performed by theoretical analysis and CST microwave studio (CST-MWS) simulations. Results indicate that the composite distribution possesses both the advantages of smaller ripple, higher directivity and wider bandwidth. Simultaneously, we also discover that increasing the thickness and declining the radius of the apertures will be beneficial for weakening the ripple of coupling coefficient. To obtain this feature, two optimized arc-shaped slot is embedded to the disk monopole UWB antenna. The normal type of disk monopole antenna is used to achieve the wide impedance bandwidth. An omnidirectional radiation pattern is also achieved, which enables the proposed antenna to be used in communication systems. Based on the full patch microstrip antenna which has ultra bandwidth for embedding a pair of double circular slots, the half patch antenna is obtained by cutting away half of patch radiator. The signal model of directional antenna array is given first, on this basis, the MUSIC algorithm is used. Furthermore, two auxiliary angles are introduced and a fast peak searching method is proposed. The AI-SI method is superior to ray tracing when the radome curvature varies significantly. Besides, this algorithm is simply and can be appropriate for any aperture. Calculated far-field patterns enclosed semi-spherical using this numerically technique agree well with the exact pattern for an aperture antenna radiating. The simulation result present that the mutual interference can be sufficiently cancellated. Instead of past works using software layer approaches to solve the compatibility of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, great improvements in RF hardware circuit is able to guarantee both wireless networks can work at the same time independently aiming to achieve the high efficiency of signal transmission. It converts the TE03 mode in circular waveguide to a highly Gaussian-like beam at the output window. Optimization is carried out and good results have been achieved with the VSWR 1.2 at 190-250GHz and the conversion efficiency greater than 80%.
