Through simulation, we got a conclusion that when the beam voltage is 20KV, the beam current is 0.15A, the FWG TWT can output over 200 watts of power in 43.5-45.5GHz. Abstract
In this paper, a Q-band traveling-wave tube (TWT) was designed and simulated with a Folded Waveguide (FWG) as its slow wave structure.
