For the detection of cyberattacks in Cloud Computing Service Delivery Models a method based on feature selection using correlations among features is proposed. Using the Pearson method, a correlation was found among the features and removing of these features from the dataset provided. Various classification algorithms have been applied to the newly formed dataset. Compared to the test process performed on the original dataset, the classification algorithms gave better results on the dataset where the feature selection procedure was applied.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131362491","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The choice of a statistical model for the gas quality analysis problem is mostly made by heuristic methods due to the lack of a general algorithm for choosing a model and a variety of both statistical models and architectures of specific models. This paper provides an analysis of the main recurrent neural networks that can be used to solve the task under discussion. The accuracy characteristics of simple recurrent neural network, recurrent neural network with long short-term memory, and neural network with gated recurrent unit are shown. Based on the conducted analysis, the conclusions are made about a neural network model that is most appropriate in the discussed problem.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"22 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122547721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Existing movie and book recommender systems work using a collaborative approach, which can result in a lack of fresh and diverse content and a reduced surprise factor. There is also no platform providing recommendations across different contents, such as recommendations for books from movies and vice versa. In this paper, our main goal is to introduce a cross-content recommendation system based on the descriptions of movies and books and identifying similarities using natural language processing and machine learning algorithms. We processed a combined dataset of the two different types of contents, generated a TF-IDF vector of the descriptions and apply three different algorithms: K-means clustering, hierarchical clustering, and cosine similarity. There being no known cross-content recommendation research and no similar dataset with ground truth labels, we applied subjective reasoning to evaluate the results of our system.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"143 8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129053972","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Structure of the model includes population, economy, education system, social media and state administration. The economy and education system form the social environment for the agent. The media provide information content that influences norms and values of the agents. State administration regulates this content and filter out undesirable norms and values. To maintain interactions of agents with their environment we propose the architecture that includes biological and social characteristics, socio-economic and political interests, norms end estimates. We divide agents into four clusters with different persuasion power and persuasion acceptance to the influence: Foxes (professional participants in socio-political processes), Wolves (ideological participants); Dogs (foundation of social movements with high persuasion acceptance) and Rabbits (neutral part of the population). We present two algorithms that simulate agents’ interactions and changes in their opinions: one-way influence of one agent on a number of others and two-way interaction in a pair of familiar agents. In the first algorithm, the agents get exposure to the influencers on Internet platforms. In the second algorithm agents contact with each other if they live in one household, study in educational institution and work in the same organization. In order to fill the model with the real-world data we use information presented on the website of the Federal State Statistics Service, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the portal of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation. The spread of norms and values among the population is simulated on the basis of data from the World Values Survey in Russia.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126154225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These tasks are especially important for industries involving international collaboration such as shipping industry. Shipping industry being a lifeblood of the world economy provides 90% of goods delivery. The industry is regulated by International Maritime organization (IMO) Conventions which are due to regular revising and editing according to changing conditions of trade and multiple parties involved. This pilot research provides a corpus based approach to information extracting and building IMO Conventions Ontology. A Corpus of IMO Convention texts are processed with using semantic approach to extract definitions. Based on core shipping industry definitions extracted from IMO Conventions the Ontology will be build. Developed ontology can be used for intelligent processing of documents and teaching purposes.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125106970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Huge collection of data available for the research community and access to data aggregation techniques that help to easily get vast amounts of data, bring number of other problems. More data is not always better. Data mainly comes with noise distracting from what is more important. Data cleaning and pre-processing is long and resource consuming process. When it comes to widely used supervised machine learning approach, more data requires more time and more computation power for the training. This is why right data that represents entire population of cases is better than just more data. Feature selection is the process that helps to address two key issues associated with data-driven systems: dimensionality reduction of the data to increase performance and selecting features that produce most accurate model. The main purpose of this study is to review feature selection methods applied on real data.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"89 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120997330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Standard aggregation schemes have limitations of bandwidth increase in areas with unstable network coverage. The conditions and parameters of data transmission are constantly changing and depend on a large number of factors. In this paper a non-standard solution based on models of multi-valued logic has been considered that will allow to increase the time for analysis of these rapidly changing factors. Aggregation schemes based on fuzzy sets or multi-valued logic models potentially can help to decrease the latency and increase of transmission reliability due the decrease in the number of computational operations on an aggregation server. However, the development of new aggregation protocols requires some theoretical problems from multi-valued logic to be solved.From a theoretical point of view, such a development means that it is possible to construct a combination of predicates on the set of values of k-valued logic functions. We solved the completeness problem for a closure operator on the set of values of k-valued logic functions and proved the existence of a finite lattice for this set. The lattice construction is given explicitly. Thus the electronic circuits and all possible functional diagrams for a new aggregation protocol may be realized.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129914330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this task the agent-based approach has been chosen that is appropriate for assessing consequences of trade restrictions at the micro-level. There are three groups of agents in the model: countries, organizations and citizens. Trade relations are simulated as supplies between agents-organizations in different countries. Each country in the model has a national currency, tax and budget system, and is capable of imposing sanctions to other countries in the form of trade restrictions on import and export of goods. For assessing consequences of these restrictions in the model we propose an algorithm, which decreases supplies of organizations from countries involved in trade conflicts and distributes the missing supplies among domestic suppliers and suppliers from countries that did not impose trade restrictions. We also present structure of information support of the model and methods of processing initial data to the form, which is applicable for loading them into the model.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131167143","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

During the analyzing the systems used in the executive bodies, the complete fragmentation of the subsystems i.e. hardware and software was revealed. The negative consequences of a fragmented approach to building state information systems are considered. The problem of creating the new integrated state information system is discussed. As part of the work, an automatic collection of relevant data from a public service and organizational support for the interaction of executors were provided. Other available sources of information that are helpful but not necessary for better calibration of the initial data set are suggested. The problem of data flows «termination» is discussed. A complex of organizational and technical measures is proposed to ensure the achievement of the goal in conditions of resource degradation. To optimize personnel interaction during data gathering and exchange, the new methodology of project management is suggested.","PeriodicalId":150606,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 15th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132992817","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
