Known developments are limited to polynomial phase signals of the first (harmonic signals) and the second (linear frequency modulated signals). To construct them, tabular methods are used, which limit the possibilities of signal restructuring. This work is based on the use of a recursive approach, which minimizes the need for memory as much as possible and, thereby, increases the speed of parameter tuning. The authors have previously applied this approach to the generation of samples of chirp signals. Here the method is extended to arbitrary order complex polynomial phase signals. The proposed approach implies for the formation of a polynomial phase signal of the nth order a series connection of n identical units, the input parameters of which are the initial conditions. The units form complex samples of polynomial phase signals, the order of which is equal to the unit number. The input of the first unit is a zero-order polynomial phase signal - a complex constant. The initial conditions for the implementation of the former are the real coefficients of the nth degree polynomial and the signal amplitude. These parameters are used to calculate the initial conditions of the last block and the coefficients of the polynomials that determine the initial conditions of the previous blocks. Implementations of this approach for polynomial phase signals of the first, second and third order are presented. A high-frequency generator operating in the autodyne mode was used to measure the magnetic characteristics of thin ferromagnetic films. Theoretical equations for ferromagnetic resonance excitations have been presented. Experimental results for the samples of nanocrystalline thin permalloy magnetic films with low magnetostriction and different values of the anisotropy field were obtained. In addition, during the analysis of the phrase of an aircraft crew member, a forecast is made about the emotional state of such a person. The basis is the frequency representation of signals associated with the known time Fourier transform. Algorithms based on correlation analysis, neural networks with backpropagation of errors and Gaussian mixture models are compared. It enables to increase the accuracy of metric measurements in photogrammetry applications and provides higher performance in computer vision algorithms such as stereo matching and motion estimation. It is known that regardless of the calibration method used variation of given estimated camera parameters their is inevitable due to multiple reasons: varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations or severe operation mode of a robotic system. In order to alleviate the aforementioned issues recalibration is required. In this work we employed 4-DoF manipulator Servosila Engineer mobile robotic system equipped with an on-board camera. In order to automate the process of calibration an algorithm is developed which enables to estimate optimal manipulator joint configurations. Forward kinematics is solved on a discretized set of joint angles, subsequently estimating possible camera positions for its further calibration. This microcircuit is made on the basis of gallium nitride (GaN) technology and has high reliability, efficiency, and relatively low cost. In the production of power amplifiers GaN technology has been widely used due to the high breakdown voltage of a wide band gap [1]–[4]. The Q-band is still rather poorly mastered and the study of the characteristics of amplifiers at these frequencies is fraught with some difficulties. The paper presents a technique for measuring the characteristics of a power amplifier in the Q- band. The schemes for measuring the linear and amplitude characteristics of the amplifier, the results of experimental studies and signal spectra at the maximum output power of the amplifier are presented. Experimental details are presented: device under the test and test setup. The stages of experiments are described: radiation testing using heavy ion accelerator, laser source irradiation and single event functional interrupts simulation campaign. The algorithm of operation of the program injector for conducting campaigns on simulating SEFI is presented. The influence of a real-time operating system on cross-section of SEFI was evaluated. SEFI cross-sections obtained with and without the operating system were compared. A method using fault injection in program and data memory and hardware detection of functional interrupts was tested. The results of SEFI simulation and calculation by engineering model were compared with experimental results. The results obtained differ from each other. Possible explanations of the proposed differences and the correction of the model are proposed. The development was carried out taking into account the peculiarities of the radiation test: minimum distance from exposure source to DUT; stand-alone use during long-term radiation test; minimum overall dimensions, transportability and flexibility when conducting tests on various exposure sources. Cooling box consists of 3-level stacked assembly of the Peltier modules, which is cooled by liquid refrigerant. Control of the assembly of Peltier modules was performed according to proportional integral and differential algorithm, provided by microcontroller with feedbacks on Pt thermoresistors. The system provides temperature stabilization of the DUT up to 23х17х12 mm in size and with released heat power up to 0.4 W at minus (60 ± 3) ºС. Temperature establishing time is less than 10 minutes. This trend stimulates the emergence not only new machine learning methods but algorithms for processing data at the point of their origin. So the Compressed Sensing Problem must be investigated in some technology fields that produce the data flow for decision making in real time. In the paper, we compare the random and constant frequency deviation and highlight some circumstances where advantages of the random deviation become more obvious. Also, we propose to use the differential transformations aimed to restore a signal form by discrets of the differential spectrum of the received signal. The relevance of the work is determined by the need to create a universal compact configurable device, that takes advantage of the technologies described above and, as a result, have lower power consumption, weight and dimensions, low cost and stealth. The description of a newly developed hardware and software complex, based on the budget platform of software-defined radio devices, is given. It is operating in the 10 MHz - 6 GHz range, compactly portable, using the hardware capabilities of the FPGA for processing and analyzing the radio signal \"on the fly\", which implements additional services facilitating analysis for the operator. During the lifetime, which reaches 15 years or more for modern and promising spacecrafts, in space radiation environment the equipment is exposed to significant impacts of total ionizing dose (TID) effects, which leads to degradation of the parameters of the electronic components used, this may lead to the loss of the spacecraft and early termination of the space mission. In this case, the rate of TID-degradation of the parameters is largely depends on the electrical mode of the components during the irradiation.The article considers the influence of various electrical modes of the gate of a power n-channel MOSFET on the rate of TID-degradation of one of the most radiation-sensitive parameters – the threshold voltage [1], [2]. Investigations were carried out in the following electrical modes: constant gate-source voltage in the range from −20 V to +20 V; rectangular signals with different values of frequency, duty cycle, as well as with different values of the upper and lower voltage levels.
