It has a lot of news about the reality of Makkah scientific, which is good to be collected and studied and take the benefits and results thereof. It is based on the famous principle: \"Trust is good, but observation is better.\" This research also discusses in detail the definition of error; who makes it in the specialized translation; the reasons for errors; how a translator handles an error he finds in the original text; and how a proofreader handles errors he finds in translation. The research clarifies the translator's duties and responsibilities based on the \"translation order\" and what is stated in the agreement between him/her and the translation customer. By using examples, the research explains the legal liability on translator. The Ottoman state has influenced the reigns which it governed. Although they never obliged them to convert to Islam. The other foreign countries had the habit to oblige their religions on the peoples they governed. The Ottomans gave the principle of the freedom of belief. They by tolerance designed their way in applying the rules and laws that the Ottoman state ran on in the centers of Istanbul. What improves the previous fact that influenced the Ottoman states that they all had the Ottoman habits in eating, drinking, clothing and the living styles. That is a cultural and civilized influence. Naturally the Ottoman states have influenced by the Ottoman culture, literature and resources of knowledge. {"title":"دور المدرسة : المعلم و المنهاج فی نشر ثقافة التسامح ومکافحة الغلو والتطرف","authors":"قاسم محمد عبد الرحیم طعامنه","doi":"10.21608/JSH.2018.16506","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/JSH.2018.16506","url":null,"abstract":"هدفت الدراسة إلى الإجابة على الأسئلة الآتیة : إلى أی مدى یمکن أن تساهم  المدرسة فی نشر ثقافة التسامح والتقلیل من الغلو والتطرف وتخفیف آثارها  على الفرد و المجتمع؟ وقد تتفرع عن السؤال الرئیس أسئلة اأربعة هی،:ما أهمیة المنهج الدراسی فی تطویر أفکار إیجابیة لدى الطالب؟ ما هی طبیعة المواد و لأنشطة التی یمکن أن تساهم فی بناء منهج یساعد على التقلیل من ظاهرة التطرف؟ ما طبیعة النظرة الإسلامیة لظاهرة التطرف فی المجتمع؟ ما الدور الذی یمکن أن یضطلع به المعلم فی نشر ثقافة التسامح؟. وذلک من خلال القیام بمجموعة من الإجراءات البحثیة. حیث تم تصمیم استبانة وتوزیعها على 200 مدرس ومدرسة فی مدینتی اربد وعمان فی الأردن. کما قام الباحث باستخراج الدروس التی تحوی  قیما  تتعلق بموضوع البحث.  وقد توصل الباحث إلى أن مناهج التربیة الإسلامیة فی الأردن تتضمن نسبة معقولة من القیم المتعلقة بموضوع البحث (60%)، وهو مؤشر إیجابی ولکن یحتاج إلى المزید من الترکیز على القیم. وبخصوص دور المعلم فقد تبین أن المعلم یحتاج إلى مزید من التأهیل والتدریب على تعلیم هذه القیم وإبرازها وتمثلها فی نشاطاته الصفیة وغیر الصفیة. \u0000Abstract \u0000This study aimed at answering the following questions: To what extent can school contribute to spread the culture of tolerance, reduces the phenomenon of Fanaticism and extremism, and its impact on the society and individuals. Three questions were branched out of the main questions: What is the importance of curriculum in developing positive ideas in students? What is the nature of activities and programs which can contribute in building a curriculum that reduces extremism? And What is the Islamic position on violence? And what role can teachers play in spreading the culture of tolerance. \u0000To conduct this research, the researcher designed and distributed aa questionnaire to 200 teachers in Amman and Irbid. And tabulated the   values related to tolerance in the books of Islamic studies. The researcher found that Islamic education books have around 60 %  of the values related to the research topic. {"title":"سجلات قرارات المأذونین بدار الوثائق القومیةدراسة أرشیفیة","authors":"نیفین محمد موسی","doi":"10.21608/jsh.2018.16507","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/jsh.2018.16507","url":null,"abstract":"الملخص \u0000یتناول هذا البحث دراسة أرشیفیة لسجلات قرارات المأذونین المحفوظة بدار الوثائق القومیة،التی نتجت عن نشاط المحاکم الابتدائیة الشرعیة منذ أوائل القرن العشرین، وقیدت بها جمیع القرارات التى کانت تصدرها لجنة المأذونینفی کل ما یتعلق بشؤون عمل المأذون مثل: التعیین،العزل، النقل، إحالة أو ضمأعمال مأذونیة إلى مأذونیة أخرى، التأدیب نتیجة الأخطاء التی کانت تقع من المأذونین فى سجلاتهم. \u0000وقد اتبع فی الدراسة منهجان منهج دراسة حالة، المنهج الوثائقی تحلیلا وترکیبا. \u0000وتناولت الدراسة اختصاصات المأذون والقواعد المنظمة لعمله، ومدى التزام المأذونین الشرعیین بالضوابط الشرعیة والنظامیة المحددة لهم فی إجراء العقود؛ لتجنبهم الوقوع فی أی مخالفة،وإجراءات التحقیق مع المأذونین عند ضبط مخالفات تقع منهم فی سجلاتهم، أو عند تقدیم شکاوى ضدهم سواء من الأهالی أو من المحاکم الجزئیة، ونماذج من المخالفات التی ارتکبها بعض المأذونین وجزاءها التأدیبی، کما تناولت حصر جمیع سجلات قرارات المأذونین، والتعریف بها، من حیث: أعدادها، وموضوعاتها، وإعداد وسائل إیجاد تیسر سهولة استرجاعها، ونشر نماذج من الوثائق المقیدة بالسجلات. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000  \u0000  \u0000This paper is an archival study on mazonin decisions’ recorded in national archive and which were resulted from the activity of primary sharia courts since early years of twenty century era and included all orders issued by mazunin committee in relation to mazon`s work such as: appointment, removing, moving, referring or including mazunship to another mazunship, punishing as a result of mistakes done by mazunin. \u0000The study used case study method and archival method analytically and structurally. \u0000The paper considered with mazunin specifications , rules of their work, their  commitment With legal and organizational rules governing their activity when they write contracts, to avoid violations, and questioning mazunin when there is violations in their records or when complaints were filed against them from people or from summary courts. The study considered also with samples of mistakes committed by some mauznin and its disciplinary sanction.
