It offers a personalized manufacturing service through several processes (e.g. the order decomposition into tasks, the selection of one or several providers to perform them, the scheduling of the whole manufacturing process). The current paper aims to provide an optimized methodology for task scheduling. In a first time, it identifies the background and general concept of CMfg, focuses further on the scheduling challenges and the environmental data and constraints to propose an optimized methodology for the scheduling process.","PeriodicalId":147619,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Joint Conference on Service Sciences","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125426870","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sharing is a kind of reciprocal prosocial behavior, which can help consumers to cooperate with each other and reduce the transaction costs during the consumption process. Sharing is a public behavior, which is a powerful tool to combine consumers together and establish stable sensation and bonds among them. With the innovation and development of Internet technology, and also with more and more consumers like to participate in product or service and production with their increasing ability, it becomes much more convenient to share on the Internet, which can radiate to a widen area and gain a larger synergy effect. Therefore, as an instinct behavior of human beings, sharing is a old and hot topic in consumption field, which has a valuable theoretical and practical meaning especially in Internet marketing field. In this study we examine the antecedents and moderators of internet sharing behavoir, we put forwad our hypothesis and research model and then we draw some conclusions and recommendations.","PeriodicalId":147619,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Joint Conference on Service Sciences","volume":"225 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132684155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Service Value Network (SVN) that describes the value exchange relationships between multiple participants, is considered as a useful tool to facilitate the service innovation and guide the designing of software service systems. In this paper, we present a general approach to design the service choreography (representing the interactions between multiple software services) and the portal (representing the entry of participants to access the service), based on the value network.","PeriodicalId":147619,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Joint Conference on Service Sciences","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133406595","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the organizational behavior studies, this paper translates this theory to marketing relationships and develops a theoretical model involving psychological contract, customer trust, customer commitment, and customer loyalty, i.e., the relationship marketing mechanism based upon psychological contract. This relationship marketing mechanism is validated by an empirical study from two different service industries using the structural equation modeling PLS-Graph package. Management implications are discussed and the findings of this study provide not only theoretical guidance for marketing research, but also empirical evidences for marketing practices.","PeriodicalId":147619,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Joint Conference on Service Sciences","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128939257","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is found that three main paradigms, including expectation disconfirmation, service quality and service value are used to explain the antecedents of customer satisfaction in service research history. A paradigm shift can be seen along these three paradigms, and the domain of service satisfaction antecedents is found to be expanding gradually. However, meta-analysis results show that disconfirmation, the most parsimonious paradigm, achieves the strongest relationship strength with customer satisfaction in service industries. Therefore, disconfirmation paradigm is recommended to measure or monitor customer satisfaction, whereas service quality paradigm and service are recommended when service providers want to improve customer satisfaction since they need to know from which concrete aspects, satisfaction can be enhanced.","PeriodicalId":147619,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Joint Conference on Service Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134136690","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper adopts a comprehensive perspective on service in manufacturers by examining the antecedents and the consequences related to a service orientation strategy, as well as the contingency variables with its implementation performance. The authors propose a two-stage model which incorporates both strategy formulation and strategy implementation, and conduct an empirical study of a sample of 221 manufacturers in China. This study provides evidence for the proposed conceptualization of a service orientation strategy. The authors also find that the investigated antecedents explain some variance of the service orientation strategy, which in turn positively influences its market effectiveness and thereby financial profitability. Finally, the authors explore the organizational configuration factor that will affect the strategy implementation performance of manufacturers.","PeriodicalId":147619,"journal":{"name":"2012 International Joint Conference on Service Sciences","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132130573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
