Tischner’s agathology is based on the assumption that human life is governed by the “logos of good and evil”. Therefore, human existence takes the form of “dramatic existence”, and man himself appears as an “axiological being”, which experiences values and adopts specific attitudes towards them. In this meaning, one of the basic tasks of educators is conveying the “fundamental hope”, according to which discovering one’s life calling is possible. Therefore, education is a guide to authentic and original forms of the existential realization of good. The world as “the scene of human drama” embraces the hope that this world will become man’s “promised land” and the threat that it will be for him a “denied land”. In this context, human life plays out as the act of rooting or uprooting in the specific sphere of human experience, considered both physically and symbolically, including “home”, “workshop”, “temple”, or “cemetery”. This was done based on a compilation of major foreign research on transgender and an analysis of the content of the EBSCO website. As a result, some changes have been observed over time. They concerned the scope of the amount of research related to the issue of transgender over time, preferences of data collection methods, research patterns and technologically advanced solutions. Possible factors determining the result of the review were discussed. Analysis of crisis coping mechanisms by elephant communities; of whales and sparmaceta whales and siberian foxes - they are examples of common and important characteristics that developed in the process of evolution as a response to environmental conditions. The direction of changes in these characteristics is par excelance social and is directed at the common good. Thus, it has a pro-social character and glorifies altruism.\u0000 Also in relation to human development from the sociobiological perspective - one can point to the same characteristics revealing their importance and role in the adaptation process. The example of the survival of homo sapiens and the extinction of homo neanderthalensis (Neanderthal man) are a spectacular example of this.\u0000 Such characteristics as friendliness, altruism, solidarity, responsibility, concern for the common good, prosociality have become the guarantors of survival in opposition to aggression and selfishness. In the area of culture, it is expressed in the tendency to transfer the content and standards important for the survival of WE to the area of IAM awareness. The above-mentioned characteristics, which have an anti-authoritarian and pro-democratic dimension, thus become standards for the development of human civilizations. The persistence of the timeless values that the Decalogue brings, and thus sacrifice for others and \"loving your neighbor as yourself\", are an example of the importance of understanding community.\u0000 The characteristics important for adaptation are somehow intuitively sensed and visible in the cultural tendencies of pro-social democratic societies, expressed in community tendencies. Paluch","doi":"10.5604/01.3001.0015.8494","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5604/01.3001.0015.8494","url":null,"abstract":"The case of John Keating, a charismatic English teacher and students of an elite boarding school (Welton Academy), attracted millions of audiences around the world in front of cinemas and televisions. \"And the Oskar goes to ...\" was heard in 1990 by the screenplay writer Tom Schulman, and was nominated for Best Picture, Best Leading Actor and Best Director. One of the first Polish reviews of the film took place on Polskie Radio in the same year, during a program hosted by Anna Retmaniak. - \"It is a wonderful film\" - she informed enthusiastically, adding - \"[...] what (the teacher - M.P.) instilled in young people remained in their hearts and minds forever.\" On the other hand, what this article can \"instill\" in the minds and hearts of the readers is the increased resistance to the manipulation of the content of the script by the producers of the film and, consequently, a pedagogical deception, which we also fell at our own request. As educators, we have not examined the differences between the original scenario (script) and its subsequent adaptations. It turns out that the narrative of the film is built on the themes of John Keating's fear and dying, and not - as we thought so far - on the phenomenon of his teaching talent. At the same time, we have not indicated cultural differences, resulting in our country's incorrect reception of such categories as: charisma, professional vocation, leadership or elitism. Readers of the book of the same title (Kleinbaum, 2007, 2018, 1st Polish edition 1994) and participants of theatrical performances (dir. P. Ratajczak). The article does not exclude those arguments that credibly argue for the uniqueness and attractiveness of the work. The author draws attention to the fact that this art does not only have a negative perception of character, and thus also a social perception (reception). There is explained what the polarization effect of two neighboring generations of graffiti artists in the social space is - open and hidden, in which a presented group of artists tries to manifest their position and presence. Is it worth talking about graffiti in pedagogy in social sciences? The rationale for taking up this subject is the special and requiring reflection situation of pedagogical studies, including its relation to teacher training In my opinion, in Poland pedagogical studies has begun the next stage of its functioning and it will most likely change significantly in the upcoming years. It is a reflection on the importance and necessity of shaping empathy in children and adolescents. The main purpose of the article is to answer the question: How to develop empathy in children and adolescents in order to reduce aggression and violence at school? The article notes the importance of empathy in social relations, especially as a regulator in conflict situations. It also appreciates the value of educational programs aimed at preventing aggression and violence in school.
