This study aimed to reconstruct the moral values contained in Kaba Gadih Basanai, so that this study would facilitate the reader to understand Kaba Gadih Basanai. The findings obtained from this story are the moral values which include (1) friendly, (2) humble, (3) sociable, (4) respect for parents, (5) knowing reciprocity, (6) high sense of brotherhood, (7) loyal, (8) selfless, (9) the habit of gambling. Thus, it can be concluded that kaba is laden with teachings that are worthy of imitation even though we live in a sophisticated world. Every photograph contains its meaning and story. This recent study was focusing on profile pictures among Instagram users. Moreover, this study was aiming at investigating the factors of selecting photographic image as an Instagram’s profile picture. Therefore, a qualitative research method was applied to find out the accurate factor. The technique of collecting data was Focus Group Discussion (FGD) technique by using Uses & Gratification Theory. The participants of this current study were 10 tertiary students. A lack of information/misinformation about what accounting is and what accountants do which caused the school leavers having less awareness regarding the accountancy profession. There are four factors that been tested; namely as gender, personal interest, level of difficulties for accounting subject as well as knowledge and career prospects. The study focuses on secondary school students and 270 students who taking Principle of Account subject at Segamat, Johor and Muadzam Shah, Pahang secondary. The analysis of data utilizes the statistical package of SPSS. The result revealed that personal interests as well as knowledge and career prospects have significant relationship with the awareness of students towards accountancy as a profession. This paper aims to contribute to this research gap by exploring the implementation and acceptance of ACs in Malaysia, as an example of an Eastern, and developing, country. In this context, to analyse how culture influence the design and implementation of ACs, the model of cultural fit is reviewed to explain how culture influences human resource practices and ACs practice. Findings from the literature review show that model of cultural fit can be used to explain how physical and socio-political may influence internal and organisational work culture and, therefore, human resource practices. On the other hand, to understand the influence of culture on acceptance of ACs, organisational justice theory and employee engagement theory are reviewed and used to explain how candidates react to selection process. An organization underestimate this matter and just take it for granted and it resulted bank performance decreased as well as increasing in spending for new hiring. This study has been conducted by distributing questionnaire to commercial and conventional banks in East Coast, Malaysia. The findings displayed the training and development, employee compensation, communication in workplace and value in teamwork is crucial to retain employees as well as to improve bank performance in Malaysia. Result from this study will help management especially HR department to look into retention programs seriously for the purpose of retaining its staff and expertise. It was discovered that blended learning isn’t just an ordinary teaching method but its usage reduces cost. Current Malaysian working environment and its employers demand certain skills and therefore Malaysian graduates are encouraged to be IT savvy and technology wise. Blended learning will help equip students with e-learning knowledge but it doesn’t take away their face to face interactions with their lecturers in class. Blended learning combines both the virtual and real class experience for students. This paper seeks to discover the benefits of blended learning from a student viewpoint by using focus groups. It shows that personality plays an important part in student academic performance. The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between Big Five Personality traits and academic performance among foundation student based on their CGPA. There were 137-foundation students from private universities in Malaysia participants in this study. With 92 female and 45 males involved. Pearson correlation analysis was performing in this study. The result of this study showed that personality has a significant relationship between personality and academic performance. In details, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness were positively significant related to CGPA, while Extraversion and Neuroticism were negatively related to the CGPA. This result supports the other findings. With this finding, the academician will have more understanding on their students. There are a number of factors that influence students’ academic achievement and one of its personality factors. Data were collected from 100 samples by which data were collected through online surveys from selected banks in Klang Valley and were analyzed through statistical software. The Pearson correlation analysis was conducted between independent variables and dependent variable. The result shows to accept the hypothesis that work-life balance practices has positive relationship with employees’ job performance in banking sector.
