The materials and process of this model have been designed in the LMS for students. There were 98 participants from 5 classes of ESP course taken as the sample of this research. Various difficulties faced by students in developing communication in writing become more complicated when learning is done online. Team based project is applied because it demands the ability of the students themselves to solve problems (Student Center Learning) and in responding to the acquirement of Indonesian Qualification Framework (IQF) Curriculum that as a new Higher Education Key Performance Indicator (IKU) from the Ministry of Education. A survey with quantitative approach is conducted in this research. The study aimed to develop material of storytelling performance model as a learning material of extracurricular particularly public speaking extracurricular. Since the extracurricular aims to improve students’ self-confidence to perform in public area through story telling. In this context, the quality of learning outcomes in English speaking extracurricular activities is as follows. (1) Mastery of knowledge; (2) Mastery of English-speaking skills; (3) Having confidence when speaking; and (4) Able to appear in speaking using English which is oriented towards public speaking through story telling performance. Research and development were conducted in this study which used ADDIE model. The study was conducted at SMA N 11 Medan and the subject of the study was 10th grade students. The instruments of the study were observation, questionnaire, and interview. Furthermore, the study was conducted in some stages such as, Analysis, Design, Develop. Implement, and Evaluation. The result of study showed that story telling material could improve students’ enthusiastic to perform in public speaking extracurricular at SMA N 11 Medan. Thus, it improved students’ confidence in telling the story. This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of Academic Ability, Financial Awards, and Labor Market Considerations on the interest in a career as a public accountant in East Java \"Veteran\" National Development University Accounting Students, Surabaya State University and Airlangga University. The sample of this study were East Java \"Veteran\" National Development University Accounting S1 students, Surabaya State University, and Airlangga University batches of 2018 and 2019. The research method used quantitative research. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method to determine the number of samples using the solving formula with a total of 91 respondents. Data collection techniques were used in this study using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Academic Ability has a positive and significant effect on Interest in a Career to Become a Public Accountant. (2) Financial Awards do not significantly affect the Interest in a Career to Become a Public Accountant. The aim of this quantitative study was to conduct a validity analysis of a self- efficacy instrument toward mathematics reasoning among 184 undergraduate public university students. Students clearly distinguished between their self-efficacy in doing and understanding mathematics reasoning and their self-efficacy in accomplishing assignments in their university mathematics lesson. In these quantitative studies, self-efficacy which demonstrated convergent and discriminant validity was performed, which corresponded to the Bandura theory and included three dimensions: course self-efficacy, exam self-efficacy, and future self-efficacy. The research design utilized casual correlation technique to investigate the effect of self-efficacy on mathematics reasoning. The method used in this research was a descriptive qualitative method by using a survey to collect the data from 20 tertiary students’ perceptions of their online learning strategies in rural areas during this pandemic era. The results indicated that students agreed with online learning strategies with digital platforms but they are still confused about how to learn and access them. Virtual meetings declined students’ motivation to learn because of bad access to the internet in their areas. Using Video Conferences is more flexible because it can be used wherever whenever. Online learning still becomes the best learning strategy in this pandemic, but access to the internet in rural areas must be improved. Tertiary students need access to the internet and infrastructure and instructional materials design especially applied in this pandemic era.
