The Pearson correlation analysis was conducted between independent variables and dependent variable. The result shows to accept the hypothesis that work-life balance practices has positive relationship with employees’ job performance in banking sector. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of work-life balance practices (e.g. flexible working options, employee assistance program, and leave programs) on employee’s job performance in banking sector.
