Time and frequency characteristics are analyzed. The transformation coefficient of the reflected signal spectrum STR is defined as the ratio of the amplitudes of the spectral components of the response in the presence of nonlinear elements and the amplitudes of the spectral components in the absence of non-linear elements. It is shown that due to nonlinear distortions of the structure's response to pulse action the |STR| is greater than 1 in narrow frequency bands. This is a special challenge for any specialist in the domain both due to the particularly high density of technical means that are available on board military ships, and the fact that radio communication systems can be both sources of disturbance and victims. In obtaining the EMC of the systems, the inter and intrasystem disturbances must be identified and analysed. In order to fulfil the missions of combat, search and rescue and more recently, maritime surveillance and interception of boats with emigrants or refugees, military ships are constituted in naval groups. Such a group often includes ships under different flags, which are equipped with equipment and equipment from different suppliers and from different generations. In this sense, the entire naval grouping must be considered as a system, and the success of the mission may depend on the EMC's provision of the entire system.In the present paper, the authors present an algorithm for calculating the interference margins, necessary to obtain the EMC of a communications system related to a naval grouping starting from the basic EMC equation. The identification and signaling of cyber-attacks allows maintaining control over the system and has thus become a topical issue. The purpose of this work is to create an intrusion warning system capable of signaling the system administrator, which is not normally the case. At the same time, part of the goal was to write our own conditions under which the system considers itself attacked. We have created an application capable of communicating with the server and creating a list of all alarms triggered. This work manages to combine a large number of platforms, programming languages and tools, some of them atypical. The salt crystallization from saliva forms a certain pattern called ferning which can determine the level of estrogen. There are three important stages: no ferning, partial ferning and full ferning. The proposed system intends to automatically determine the fertile period in a cheap, easy, and precise way. The proposed system includes a hardware part, making a miniaturized microscopic device with high performance for image acquisition, and a software able to analyze the images and displaying real-time results based on human saliva samples. For the image processing part, we propose two approaches. The first approach implies the use of the Bag of Words concept, were the words are patches with different ferning styles. For words description we use: CLAHE for image enhancement, Otsu and Frangi filter for ferning emphasis, Local Binary Pattern (LBP) for feature representation of words. For final classification, a support vector machine (SVM) was used, and we classify the frequency of words in one image (the histogram of words). The second image processing approach uses a convolutional neuronal network (CNN). A comparative study of the composites with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) matrices is made. The differences in the crystallinity and particles agglomerations are highlighted. Particle agglomerations from HDPE increase thermal conductivity. They can be used to replace a battery or in parallel with it, as it is the case with hybrid vehicles. This study focuses on the behavior of supercapacitors at charge and discharge process. The proposed mathematical model, the experimental model and the virtual model necessary for the study of the electrical parameters of the supercapacitors are presented in this paper. The developed experimental system allows measurements of two types of supercapacitors (EDLC, 2.5 F, 5 V, SCMS22C255PRBA0, AVX and EDLC, 5 F, 5.4 N, PHV- 5R4V505-R, EATON).
