The steganography algorithm is based on synonym based substitution which exploits the simplicity of Bahasa Melayu's grammar rules. The syntax and semantic structures of the resulting Bahasa Melayu stego-text is well preserved so that it appears innocuous to human reader. This paper describes in detail the steganography algorithm that involves the encryption and decryption processes, its advantages and limitations.","PeriodicalId":144722,"journal":{"name":"2009 Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems and Industrial Applications","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129979604","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, the influence of body doping concentration variation in vertical MOSFET developed using oblique-rotating implantation (ORI) method is investigated. For this purpose, two-dimensional process simulation was made using TCAD tools for several Nsub, namely 1, 4, 7 ad 10.1018 cm−3, respectively. The electrical characteristic and short channel effect i.e. DIBL and subthreshold swing, for different body doping were deliberated. The result also suggests the required change in the pillar design in maintaining the gate channel.","PeriodicalId":144722,"journal":{"name":"2009 Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems and Industrial Applications","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129725927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Face modeling is needed to have an accurate animation. One of the methods for recording face movement is to use markers on the face key points to follow the actions by tracking these markers. MPEG4 standard, presented by the Moving Pictures Experts Group, has some parameters for facial animation. To obtain these parameters for facial modeling and animation, it is necessary to track the face movements. Using markers on the face key points and tracking the movements of the markers is a low cost method to determine the parameters, if the markers are placed on key points defined in a specific standard and accurate tracking is done, total movement of the face is covered. In this paper, we proposed a system for tracking markers which are placed on the face based on MPEG4 standard and examine this system in unstable film capturing conditions such as changing light, addition of Gaussian noise, blurring, compression, and filtering.","PeriodicalId":144722,"journal":{"name":"2009 Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems and Industrial Applications","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124511942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the performance analysis of the conflict detection and avoidance requirement, conceptual functional architecture of the conflict detection and conflict awareness are proposed with a method to extract collision parameters. These parameters include collision points, time to collision, collision interval and collision angle. The method is based onto monitoring the environment and sharing of flight plan segments among conflicting aircraft. The detection of a potential conflict is achieved by projecting states of the conflicting aircrafts' flight plans in the near future. In addition, the method estimates a suitable time to activate avoidance model and pass extracted collision parameters to that model. That is, in order to handle the maneuvering commands and thereby avoid conflicts.","PeriodicalId":144722,"journal":{"name":"2009 Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems and Industrial Applications","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123583881","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Fuzzy rule-base design is viewed as control strategy. All fuzzy rules contribute to some degree in obtaining the desired performance. However, some rules fired weakly do not contribute significantly to the final result and can be eliminated. ‘Standard design’ of fuzzy rule-base of fuzzy logic controller is identified from numerous publications which is 49 rules is used in order to obtain great speed tracking response. It is possible to minimize the complexity of controller's design by reducing number of rule-base from standard 49 rules to 9 rules. Simulation results that verify appropriateness of the approach are included. A comparison of speed response between both designs is studied. Sensitivity of the designs to load disturbance and changes in command settings is studied and also being compared to demonstrate the effectiveness of the reduced rule-base.","PeriodicalId":144722,"journal":{"name":"2009 Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems and Industrial Applications","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123484662","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Abundant research has been done in using Neural Network for the problem of channel equalization. The classical gradient based methods suffer from the problem of getting trapped in local minima. And the stochastic methods which can give a global optimum solution need long computational times. In this paper a novel method in which the task of an equalizer is decentralized by using a FIR filter for studying the channel characteristics and RBF Neural Network for classifying the received data. In the results it can be observed that this method of equalization provides optimum performance, which can be obtained using Tabu Search. Also, since we are using FIR filter, training will be very faster and LMS algorithm is computationally very simple.","PeriodicalId":144722,"journal":{"name":"2009 Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems and Industrial Applications","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122372615","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So, classification of primary signals at secondary user receiver is needed to achieve these requirements of protection and support scalability. Scalability means changing operating parameters according to the current conditions which one of them is the primary signal that occupies the spectrum band. In this paper, we propose an approach to classify the primary signal either TV-PAL signal or wireless microphone signal using cyclostationary features in the context of IEEE 802.22 Wireless Regional Area Network (WRAN). The performance of the proposed approach is evaluated by probability of correct classification. This knowledge of identifying the primary signals can be applied for bandwidth scalability to use fractions of TV channel when it is occupied by wireless microphone signal. The results show that the proposed approach performs well in low signal-to-noise ratio (LSNR) and it is expected to increase the overall spectrum utilization of WRAN cognitive radio as well.","PeriodicalId":144722,"journal":{"name":"2009 Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems and Industrial Applications","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132496419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
