The aim of this study is to present some reflections on pedagogical actions in the mathematics area, which have been reported in research in the context of Specialized Educational Assistance. A bibliographic review of articles in journals at the field of education was carried out, selecting relevant research that presented an overview of the work with Mathematics in these spaces. It also pursued to highlight the methodologies used, the contents covered, and the subjects researched, identifying issues regarding the level of activities and the correspondence to the academic years enrolled. In addition, the contributions of these actions to the inclusion of students with disabilities, their reverberations within the scope of the regular classroom. This is a documentary and bibliographic research that dialogues with authors who discuss the curriculum such as Ribeiro (2017), Arroyo (2014), among others. I invited Michel Foucault, bell hooks, Marlucy Paraíso and other researchers to discuss sexual and gender diversity in the field of education. As part of post-critical research, this work makes theoretical-methodological approaches to sexuality, gender and the body. Learning environments are considered as potential sources of development where learners, as integral members of these contexts, act in a constructivist perspective. It is concluded that the assessment of learning environments should seek to overcome the limitation associated with the excessive focus on the efficiency of teaching, which can be achieved through the effective inclusion of the student in the context. The importance of agency in learning environments is also recognised and it is suggested that potential or emerging learning environments should seek to integrate a holistic and inclusive conception of participants. The fight for transsexual rights is slow but has shown results. The silencing suffered by transsexuals has been broken thanks to non-governmental organizations, among which is ANTRA. The theoretical approach will be post-structuralist based on scholars who approach the trajectory of the transsexuals in the historical and social context. Sergipe, despite the conquests of the transsexuals, still has a framework of violence, which deserves study due to the number of deaths of this social segment. Rezende","doi":"10.20952/jrks3113546","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20952/jrks3113546","url":null,"abstract":"Over time, mental health care demands have gained space in emergencies and emergency rooms around the world, psychotic outbreaks, suicide attempts, disorders of the most varied degrees reach hospital units and are under the responsibility of the critical look and assistance of the nursing, which should guide its care in humanization and integralization, to promote a good recovery and assistance to these patients, this article aimed to describe the relevance of the role of nursing in the humanization of patient care in a psychiatric outbreak, pointing out the importance of humanization of mental health care in emergency rooms and hospital units, a bibliographic study was carried out with an integrative review, using documents available in the computerized databases of Scielo and Bireme. The main findings point out that nursing is vital in the process of humanization of in-hospital care for these patients in psychiatric outbreaks, and that failure to observe correct containment protocols, and assessment of the patient's real need, can compromise their treatment. É o período de preparo para o nascimento do bebê, através do parto. Uma grande incidência de lacerações perineais espontâneas e cirúrgicas está associada ao parto vaginal, trazendo graves consequências à saúde da mulher. A pesquisa tem como objetivo geral discutir sobre a intervenção fisioterapêutica, destacando a massagem perineal, diante da prevenção de traumas na região do períneo, tal qual discutir sobre os efeitos benéficos da associação entre as técnicas utilizadas na prevenção. Portanto, o presente trabalho trata-se de uma revisão integrativa e para a realização deste estudo foram utilizados os seguintes descritores: “episiotomia”, “laceração perineal” e “fisioterapia” em idiomas como português e inglês. O trabalho foi realizado entre os meses de agosto e novembro de 2021, visto que nesse período foi realizada uma pesquisa sistemática diante do tema do trabalho. Foram utilizados estudos publicados entre os anos de 2010 a 2021, em bases de dados como: LILACS, MEDLINE/PubMed, SciELO e PEDro. Assim, visando amenizar a gravidade das complicações e sequelas decorrentes dos traumas perineais, o fisioterapeuta participa tanto da prevenção quanto da promoção em saúde, com intervenção fisioterapêutica sendo realizada presencialmente na execução das técnicas durante a gestação e no momento do parto, e por meio de orientações a gestante para que realize as condutas em domicílio.
