The solution is given to the compensation circuit which increases several times the maximum frequency at which the load is applied.","PeriodicalId":144044,"journal":{"name":"2013 11th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Services (TELSIKS)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123033562","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among such structures are construction cranes, tower cranes, portal-harbour cranes and reloading bridges, so that touch voltages and short-cut currents are experienced by their workers. Calculations are presented in this paper for cranes treated as wire antenna structures in plane-wave electromagnetic field of some frequency and propagation direction, using Point matching method for solving the system of electric field integro-differential equations (EFIE) of Hallen's type with current distributions approximated by polynomials. The proposed design can drive several circuits under test (CUT) within a complex VLSI IC. For parallel test pattern generation a LFSR of Galois type is used. Mathematical procedure for concurrent pseudo random number (PRN) generation is described. We have implemented a LFSR that generates two PRNs in parallel. The achieved speed up is between 1.33 and 2, and depends on the characteristics of used primitive polynomial.","PeriodicalId":144044,"journal":{"name":"2013 11th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Services (TELSIKS)","volume":"119 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129313036","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Multi-mode and multi-band transceivers are widely used nowadays. However, due to their aim to be flexible and reconfigurable, they lack of high selectivity and are more sensitive to non-linear distortions beside other RF impairments. The case of blocking through out of band interferer signals is found in practice, where the receiver tries to demodulate a weak signal from a far base station, but a high power wideband signal from a near base station in a different frequency-slot induces the receiver to work in a non-linear region. The spectral regrowth of the interferer signal that falls above the desired one deteriorates the bit error rate performance. In the receiver, the automatic gain control attenuates the interferer, but also reduces the power of the desired signal, thereby decreasing the dynamic range of the receiver. A feedforward algorithm based on a reference model and adaptive filters has been analysed under fading channel conditions in MATLAB and later tested in the lab in a realtime implementation in the FPGA of a software-defined radio device. Results show an enhancement in the bit error rate by reducing the interference and an increase in the dynamic range of the receiver.","PeriodicalId":144044,"journal":{"name":"2013 11th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Services (TELSIKS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129755702","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The filters are realized on two stacked substrates: Taconic CeR-10 substrate and Kapton foil, where the feeds are positioned in the upper layer whereas resonators are placed in the middle layer between feed lines and the ground. The proposed dual-band filter operates at 0.68/0.82 GHz while tri-band filter, realized using addition quarter-wavelength resonators, operates at 0.634/0.81/1.1 GHz. Specific geometrical arrangement of the resonators result in three transmission zeros providing high selectivity of the passbands and high suppression out of the passband up to the second harmonics.","PeriodicalId":144044,"journal":{"name":"2013 11th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Services (TELSIKS)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130563733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
