In this context, ethical sales behavior, perceived trust, customer loyalty, and green experience are identified as key factors influencing CST. This study aims to examine the relationships among these variables within public sector organizations in the UAE. Primary data were collected from 224 respondents using a structured questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted utilizing descriptive statistics, multivariate assumptions, and a two-step approach that included both measurement and structural models. Structural equation modeling techniques were employed to test the relationships between the variables, grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV) and expectation confirmation theory. The findings reveal that perceived trust, customer loyalty, and green experience significantly and positively impact customer satisfaction among public firms in the UAE. However, ethical sales behavior did not demonstrate a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. These results provide valuable insights for policymakers and administrative representatives in the UAE public sector. To enhance customer satisfaction, it is recommended that public sector organizations prioritize building trust and loyalty while integrating green practices into their operations. Although ethical sales behavior does not directly affect customer satisfaction, it remains crucial for influencing trust and loyalty. The study underscores the importance of these factors in driving customer satisfaction and offers practical recommendations for public sector organizations aiming to improve their service quality and customer relations.","PeriodicalId":143921,"journal":{"name":"Aptisi Transactions on Technopreneurship (ATT)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141662932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is certain that most institutions and business entities require internet access in carrying out their activities, including educational institutions. With the development of mobile computer technology in which more users use mobile devices to access the internet, wireless-based network infrastructure is a demand that cannot be postponed any longer. By using a wireless connection to connect to the network, authentication becomes something that must be considered, the use of access to the network by unwanted parties can harm other parties. Changing passwords regularly is important to avoid misuse of access to the network by other parties. This paper presents a problem where when an educational institution implements the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program, students and teachers cannot change passwords using the personal device used, this is because the personal device is not registered with the domain controller at the institution. The solution proposed in this article is to move the NPS RADIUS server function on the local site to LDAP in the cloud using a combination of WLC which handles Wi-Fi clients and Fortinet which handles authentication to the cloud. The implementation results show that the WLC-Forti framework functions well.","PeriodicalId":143921,"journal":{"name":"Aptisi Transactions on Technopreneurship (ATT)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139342149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Twitter is a social media network that is widely used in Indonesia. Twitter users can engage in multiple activities, such as communicating with individuals and groups, writing daily activities, promoting businesses, arguing, and expressing ideas about a topic of discussion. At the beginning of June 2022, raising the entrance charge for Borobudur Temple became one of the concerns that caused a lot of conversation in the real world and on other social media platforms, including Twitter. The plan to increase the price of entrance tickets to Borobudur Temple has drawn various pro and con reactions in the community. This study analyzes public sentiment toward the planned increase in ticket prices for Borobudur Temple. Sentiment analysis of Twitter data can be implemented using a classification algorithm. The classification algorithms widely used in sentiment analysis research are Nave Bayes (NB) and Decision Tree (DT). The reason for choosing Nave Bayes and Decision Tree is because this algorithm is the most popular algorithm used to process text data classification; the process is simple, efficient, and performs well. This study's dataset source was taken from social media sites like Twitter. In comparison to the Decision Tree, which generates a test percentage of 100%, the accuracy of the Naive Bayes approach, based on the evaluation of the test results, produces the highest accuracy number. At the same time, the Decision Tree method's accuracy test yields a test accuracy value of 35.97%.","PeriodicalId":143921,"journal":{"name":"Aptisi Transactions on Technopreneurship (ATT)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131037421","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
