This study investigates how self-efficacy and work discipline affect employee performance at Panti Sasana Tresna Werdha RIA Pembangunan. Using a full sample of 50 employees, the research employed various analytical techniques, including tests for validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, as well as multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, F tests, and T-tests. The T-test results indicated that both self-efficacy (t-count 2.056 > t-table 2.012, p < 0.05) and work discipline (t-count 4.868 > t-table 2.012, p < 0.05) have significant positive effects on employee performance. The multiple correlation analysis demonstrated a strong positive relationship between self-efficacy, work discipline, and employee performance (correlation coefficient 0.844). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.713, showing that these two factors account for 71.3% of the variance in employee performance, with the remaining 28.7% attributed to other variables not included in this study, such as work motivation, compensation, work environment, and leadership. textbf{These findings indicate} that boosting self-efficacy and reinforcing work discipline are essential for enhancing employee performance. Focusing on the Dayak-Banjar communities, the research aims to develop a model that leverages local wisdom and technopreneurial activities to promote environmental conservation. The methodology includes qualitative research through interviews and questionnaires distributed in Baung, Muara Dua, and Kuala Pembuang villages. Findings reveal that local communities, deeply affected by environmental degradation, are willing to adopt pro-environmental behaviors. Key factors influencing this change include attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and knowledge. The study highlights the potential of technopreneurship in promoting sustainable practices and provides a foundation for designing policies that support pro-environmental behavior through technopreneurship. By fostering pro-environmental behavior within local communities, this research demonstrates that it is possible to balance ecological conservation with economic growth, aligning with SDG 13, SDG 15, and SDG 8.","PeriodicalId":143921,"journal":{"name":"Aptisi Transactions on Technopreneurship (ATT)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141821854","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generation Z, being a significant part of the Indonesian population, presents an opportunity for targeted public health promotions. This study aims to explore Generation Z attitudes towards healthy food to develop an effective Foodpreneur design strategy. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and literature studies involving 29 Gen Z participants from various campuses. The research applied the design thinking method and the empathy map to derive a comprehensive strategy. The results revealed that while Gen Z acknowledges the importance of healthy eating for a balanced lifestyle, they face barriers such as economic constraints, taste preferences, and accessibility. However, there is a clear enthusiasm for promoting local and sustainable food practices. The findings suggest that an effective Foodpreneur design strategy should emphasize educating Gen Z on the benefits of local and healthy food, creating engaging and relatable promotional content, and leveraging social media to enhance awareness and accessibility. This approach can foster a culture of health consciousness and support local economies, aligning with Gen Z values and behaviors.","PeriodicalId":143921,"journal":{"name":"Aptisi Transactions on Technopreneurship (ATT)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141825329","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Purposeful leadership, in particular, has gained attention for its potential to address these challenges by fostering innovation and ethical decision-making. The aim of this research is to identify and visualize publications on “Purposeful Leadership” within business organizations. This study uses the Dimensions database to collect relevant publications, which are then analyzed and visualized using VOSviewer. The bibliometric analysis includes various visualizations such as country-coupled, organization-coupled, source (journal)-coupled, authors-coupled, document-coupled, and keyword co-occurrence, focusing on articles published from 2014 to 2023. The results show that the USA ranks highest in terms of country-coupled bibliographic terms, with Maharishi International University (USA) leading in organization-coupled terms. The journal with the most citations is identified, while the most frequently cited documents and prolific authors are highlighted. The keyword “leadership” is the most frequently used, while “purposeful leadership” is still emerging, indicating substantial opportunities for future research. The growing interest in purposeful leadership, particularly in the USA, highlights the need for further exploration of this concept, especially in relation to other variables in management and business contexts. The findings emphasize the importance of developing integrative techniques to mobilize collective energy to address significant global challenges like climate change and social injustice. Purposeful leadership offers a solution to these needs, focusing on the role of leaders in articulating and addressing major problems in a focused and inclusive manner. This study underscores the necessity for more comprehensive research to fully understand the impact and potential applications of purposeful leadership in various organizational settings, paving the way for enhanced organizational performance and sustainability.","PeriodicalId":143921,"journal":{"name":"Aptisi Transactions on Technopreneurship (ATT)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141642994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To address the manpower shortage in Japan and the surplus in Indonesia 30 years ago, both countries developed an internship program, \"Ginou Jisshu.\" During the internship, participants with Indonesian culture-based individual characteristics are exposed to Japanese work culture. This study aimed to investigate how interns' individual characteristics and their assimilation of Japanese work culture improve their competency and competitiveness, considering self-efficacy as a moderating factor. Using a quantitative research method, data from 400 internship alumni across 38 provinces in Indonesia were collected through Google Form questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM. Out of 10 proposed hypotheses, all direct effect hypotheses were accepted, and 3 of the moderation hypotheses were accepted, while 2 were rejected. This study introduces a novel paradigm where any positive effect, regardless of statistical significance, is considered beneficial. It suggests that resolving issues, even minor ones, can amplify positive effects and mitigate negative effects. The findings reveal that individual characteristics and Japanese work culture positively affect competency and competitiveness, and competency further enhances competitiveness. Self-efficacy strengthens the impact of individual characteristics and Japanese work culture on competency, as well as the impact of Japanese work culture and competency on individual competitiveness. However, it weakens the effect of individual characteristics and competency on individual competitiveness.","PeriodicalId":143921,"journal":{"name":"Aptisi Transactions on Technopreneurship (ATT)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141648174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
