This scheme outperforms the classic SM due to the limited feedback information. Motivated by reducing the receiver's complexity of this scheme, some mathematical characteristics of the joint transmit/receive antenna selection algorithm implemented in this paper are exploited.","PeriodicalId":143331,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE 11th International Conference on Signal Processing","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114621002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there may exist some malicious secondary users (SUs) who are unwilling to cooperate, i.e. provide false sensing reports. Such malicious behavior, if unchecked, the sensing performance of cooperative spectrum sensing will be severely degraded. In this paper, we propose a trust weighted cooperative spectrum sensing scheme to identify malicious SUs and mitigate their harmful effect on sensing performance. This scheme provides a reliable approach to evaluate trust values for SUs. Depending on the trust values, this scheme can detect malicious SUs and filter out their false spectrum sensing results in the process of sensing data fusion. Finally, simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.","PeriodicalId":143331,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE 11th International Conference on Signal Processing","volume":"15 12","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113958015","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The satellite crosslink signal is band-sampled along with the pulse per second (1PPS) generated by satellite time keeping system. The sampling data of the crosslink signal is down-converted to intermediate frequency carried signal and then the high rate data stream is converted into several low rate data streams with a serial-to-parallel transformer. Acquisition is done for each low rate data streams. With sampling data of PPS, the absolute delay of crosslink signal transmitting channel can be calculated. The simulated result indicates the precision of the calibrated algorithm is main dominated by the sampling frequency.","PeriodicalId":143331,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE 11th International Conference on Signal Processing","volume":"2013 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114712428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper investigates the micro-motion difference of warhead and decoy. First, we build the micro-motion model of precession, wobbling and tumbling, derive the micro-Doppler expression and analyze the characteristic of it. Second, with the broadband echo of the microwave anechoic chamber, we analyze the distribution characteristic of the high-resolution range profile (HRRP) serial under different micro-motions, judge whether or not the target is tumbling by finding whether there are intersections in the HRRP serial, and derive a method to estimate the top angle of the tumbling cone. Third, we simulate the time-frequency distribution(TFD) of one range cell of the broadband echo, and analyze the TFD difference of precession, wobbling and tumbling. At last, we put forth a method to recognize the target based on the HRRP serial and the TFD, and the experiment results proved our method to be effective.","PeriodicalId":143331,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE 11th International Conference on Signal Processing","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125674278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The system is designed to be used on high-speed trains. The working principle and the structure of the system are described. This system is based on a compensation structure of dual-radar module to eliminate the effects resulting from shaking of the trains. It also has a variety of working modes to adapt to different working conditions. After the Doppler frequency signals from the radar microwave modules are amplified and filtered, the DSP selects the appropriate working mode and gives instructions to collect and process the signals, and eventually sends the results to the display unit. The experimental results show that the system has high accuracy and good stability.","PeriodicalId":143331,"journal":{"name":"2012 IEEE 11th International Conference on Signal Processing","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130475622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we develop a novel free viewpoint action recognition based on Self-similarity matrix (SSM), which tends to be stable across views. We choose Local Self-similarity (LSS) descriptor as our low-level feature, then SSM is calculated by computing the similarity between any pair of frame features. Each video sequence is represented using a diagonal descriptor vector extracted from the SSM. Support Vector Machines (SVM) is employed for classification.
