The satellite crosslink signal is band-sampled along with the pulse per second (1PPS) generated by satellite time keeping system. The sampling data of the crosslink signal is down-converted to intermediate frequency carried signal and then the high rate data stream is converted into several low rate data streams with a serial-to-parallel transformer. Acquisition is done for each low rate data streams. With sampling data of PPS, the absolute delay of crosslink signal transmitting channel can be calculated.
