To a large extent, this issue has touched on the training and retraining of teachers and trainers with higher education – national sports, including the national martial arts of the East. The analysis of scientific and theoretical-practical modern educational (OP) training of Bachelor of Physical culture and sports specializing in martial arts and, in particular, in karate, allows us to conclude that it is necessary to improve training in sports concepts and terms not only in the original language (in this case - Japanese), but also in the languages of students - Kazakh, Russian, English. The proposed article summarizes the experience of modern developments of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of information and terminological foundations for the training of Karate Bachelors while studying at a university. The most urgent problems related to teaching students the special sports terms used in modern karate are considered.","PeriodicalId":143321,"journal":{"name":"Proceeding book Vol.1","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123840679","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This happens mainly at the expense of the means by which the special strength and technico-tactical qualities are developed, which poses the problem of searching for new means and methods of special physical training. In the present study, the effectiveness of the application of the author’s experimental system of technico-tactical exercises in rafting sports is tested. The subject of the research are exercises for special training. The object of research are the characteristics of development and improvement of technico-tactical qualities of highly qualified female rafting athletes. Ten female rafting athletes from the two leading Bulgarian sports clubs in this sport - SC KK “NSA - Vasil Boyanov”, Sofia, Bulgaria and SC “Vento”, Plovdiv, Bulgaria were studied. The methodology of the study consists of a literature study and conducting a pedagogical experiment with 18 tests to determine the level of general and special training of highly qualified female rafting athletes. Methods of mathematical-statistical analysis of data are analysis of variation and comparative analysis of Student`s t-criterion. The analysis of the results showed that the system is focused on the development of several basic exercise systems, but the means aimed at the development of special physical training and technical-tactical mastery dominate. The results of the study have immediate practical-applied value both for the optimization of special training of highly skilled female rafting athletes and for subsequent and further research on the topic.","PeriodicalId":143321,"journal":{"name":"Proceeding book Vol.1","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127249491","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to be mastered and efficiently used, however, they should be applied continuously and repeatedly. In recent years, the efforts of mental training specialists have been aimed at developing and implementing machine instrumentation methods, which prove to have more powerful effects and accelerate the processes of mental training. The basis of these methods is biofeedback. The aim of this study is to research the impact of cognitive training through machine instrumentation methods on significant for sports performance psychological factors. We used: Thoughtstream Stand-Alone System – a personal biofeedback training system, and Procyon Light and Sound Mind Machine - Full Spectrum Audio-Visual Synthesizer. The research was done among three groups (66 sambo athletes, 49 men, 17 women) with a mean age of 19,2 years (±4.2). Different machine instrumentation methods were applied to the two experimental groups. The first group undertook 10 sessions of a mixed program of 15-minute duration with Procyon Light and Sound Mind Machine. The second group undertook 8 mental training sessions with The Thought Stream Personal Biofeedback System. The third group used autogenous training as a relaxation method. Two measurements were made to evaluate the experiment results – before and after the impact. The indexes of sensorimotor coordination, time-movement anticipation, reaction test, and risk choice behavior were measured. The measurements were made with the help of the Vienna test system. The comparative analysis (Wilcoxon) establishes significant differences between the first and second testing in the two experimental groups regarding sensorimotor coordination, time anticipation, reaction test, and risk choice behavior. The obtained results from the research show that the apparatus methods for mental training are more efficient than the traditional ones, such as the autogenic training applied in the control group.","PeriodicalId":143321,"journal":{"name":"Proceeding book Vol.1","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116987316","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the one hand, the coaches and gymnasts have to achieve the necessary level (individual maximum) of the volume (quantity of elements and routines), and on the other hand, they have to do it at the “right time”. Last but not least is to prevent the gymnasts from injuries. That is why we need to study the dynamic of the training load from a physiological point of view and should have a better understanding of how the body’s system responds. This study aims to observe body reactions to the training load during one microcycle and one mesocycle in acrobatics gymnastics. One female youth Olympic champion (18 years old) and one male bronze medallist from junior WCH (26 years old) were tested. The study was made at the end of the preparation period and the beginning of the competitive period. The indicators measured were HR, blood La. Heart rate was recorded by Suunto Ambit 2. A drop of blood sample was taken from the fingertip to assess the average peak blood lactate concentration using an Accutrend Plus Roche. A heart rate record was made during one week of training (6 training days). Monitoring of the blood La took place once a week (every Thursday) for one month. The obtained results show how the gymnast body’s systems react to the training load in microcycles and mesocycle in acrobatics gymnastics. The data allow timely optimization of the training load and is a prerequisite for the improvement of the next periodization and planning of the training load not only for gymnasts that were tested but also for high-level gymnasts (Mixed Pair) with similar age and anthropometric indicators.","PeriodicalId":143321,"journal":{"name":"Proceeding book Vol.1","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117026200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the most expected benefits of hypoxia and altitude training is improvement of blood counts. This study is focused on the effects of a high-altitude training camp at 2048 m above sea level on changes in the blood morphology of young swimmers. Study Design and Subject. Six young swimmers (male and female) took part in the study as part of their annual training program. The athletes lived and trained at the same altitude according to the principle “live high and train high”. The goals of the camp were to introduce the young swimmers to the upcoming cycle after a 15-days summer break. The main task was to build a solid basis in the low aerobic zones so that we could build on them later focus on the swimmers’ technique in each exercise. The training camp lasted 21 days, and the number of sessions were 30. The following blood indicator were taken three times (before, after, and one month later): Leukocytes, Erythrocytes, Haemoglobin, Haematocrit, Thrombocytes, Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Eosinophils, Basophils, and Iron. Descriptive statistics and ANOVA were applied for the statistical processing of the data. Results. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the measurements. Only for the indicator – thrombocytes, the difference between the groups was statistically significant – F= 4,587 and α=.028 and within the groups between before altitude training camp and after 21 days of living and training in altitude conditions (α=.025). Conclusions. After a 21-day training camp, the levels of haematological indicators change but are not statistically significant. This may be due to the fact that at a young age, the role of high-altitude training is still disputable. The dynamics of the data one month after the descent from the mountain and the decrease in the values for most indicators are interesting. This fact raises the question of the duration of the effect in young swimmers after taking part in a high-altitude camp.","PeriodicalId":143321,"journal":{"name":"Proceeding book Vol.1","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124437842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We are witnessing constant improvement of sport selection, increasing dynamics in both training process and speed of playing, etc. We find a lot of information regarding body composition of elite football players, but such information for adolescents is fragmentary. The aim of the following study is to reveal real data of youth football players using special equipment (In Body 270) measuring in total 13 indexes. Respondents are players from the youth academy of PCS “Levski” Sofia in U13, U14 and U15 teams. All data is subject to statistical and expert analysis. The total number of respondents is 57 divided by three age groups. The fundamental anthropometric indexes height and weight reveal logical increase as follows: average height increases from 159 cm (U13), 167 cm (U14) to reach 175 cm (U15). The corresponding average weight vary between 45,9 kg (U13) to 62,1 kg (U15). One of the easiest to measure index is BMI have average values for studied teams as follows: 17,9 (U13), 19,0 (U14) and 20,3 (U15). All other indexes as body fat, skeletal and muscle weight are analyzed in detail for the three age groups. Based on received data and the development of evaluation tables we can control objectively body composition of youth football players. This way we can improve sport selection and training process. All experimental data must be used applying the individual approach for assessing the anthropometric and sexual development of the player.","PeriodicalId":143321,"journal":{"name":"Proceeding book Vol.1","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117072285","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the main goals of the Olympic weightlifting training process is to ensure a healthy motor training regime. Those activities are aimed at achieving tangible positive effects on the body, as well as providing adequate conditions for the physical development of trainees. Preparation under professional coaching in sports clubs guarantees the achievement of good sports performance. Methodology. The goal of this study is to identify the changes that occur in the physical performance of children (boys), under the influence of specialized training with the means of Olympic weightlifting. Eighteen (18) weightlifters aged 13 participated in the experiment. The study was conducted in two stages: the baseline data were collected in June 2020, and the final measurements were in June 2022. Results. Based on the results, we can conclude that the structured, specialized Olympic weightlifting training protocol positively affects explosive strength of lower limbs, speed, and flexibility in 13-year-old children. Discussion and conclusions. Habitual Olympic weightlifting training is not a very popular activity among children. It is generally considered risky and not appropriate for youngsters. However, our results painted a different picture, and based on them and our practical experience, in our opinion, if the methodology is properly modified, Olympic weightlifting is a powerful tool for the development of motor abilities in children.","PeriodicalId":143321,"journal":{"name":"Proceeding book Vol.1","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114800627","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As such, the reaction time and the speed of the individual movement are of great importance. Our study aimed to establish values in terms of the specific reaction time and the speed of the individual movement in two taekwondo kicks. Twelve active taekwondo athletes took part in the study. We measured the speed of the single movement for two taekwondo kicks and also the time for inflicting those two kicks using KICK.AI ankle bracelets and software. The variation analysis we applied on dollyo chagi showed an average execution speed of 5.53 m/s for the right leg and 5.51 m/s for the left. For dollyo chagi with the front leg, the corresponding mean values were 4.64 m/s for the right and 4.08 m/s for the left leg, respectively. The specific reaction time for those two kicks required the subjects to perform the kicks after a signal from the software, which measured the time from giving the audio signal to the impact on the target. The time required to apply the dollyo chagi with the right leg was 785.70 ms, while the average values for the left were 781.65 ms. The specific reaction time for the front leg dollyo chagi was 788.25 ms for the right and 767.49 ms for the left. After processing the results, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to establish the relationship between the speed of the individual movement, height of the subject, weight category, and length of the lower limb. We found that the dominant leg affects the guard with which an athlete competes. Such tests can be used not only for quality control of speed but also as a psychological training. Some of the data obtained lead us to believe that the KickAI device must be subjected to a thorough technical analysis to prove its objectivity. We recommend further study into the influence between the technique of execution, the speed, and the force of the kick.","PeriodicalId":143321,"journal":{"name":"Proceeding book Vol.1","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128025298","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
