Data are collected from unbalanced quarterly panel sources of publicly listed companies in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan from 1996 to 2020, using GMM to handle the endogenous problem. The results show that economic uncertainty has a different effect on the investment and financial policies of constrained and unconstrained firms. The effects of the economic uncertainty of the financially constrained firms are more negative than unconstrained ones, without significant difference. Economic uncertainty motivates financially constrained firms to increase cash holdings stronger than unconstrained firms. However, due to the intensification of international trade disputes, the continuous instability of the world political pattern and the ups and downs of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the market competition environment faced by information technology enterprises is becoming increasingly complex, and the dynamic nature of this environment highlights the new disadvantages and resource disadvantages of information technology enterprises, which seriously affects the innovation performance of enterprises. The implied cost of equity (ICC) based on various models is used as a proxy of a true cost of equity. The ESG rating data are from Refinitiv. The panel regression is applied to relate ICC to ESG rating scores and relevant explanatory variables. This paper examines the following five South-East Asian markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines. We find that firms with better ESG ratings do not necessarily have lower cost of equity as the effects of each ESG component are not the same. Environmental rating (E) and Social rating (S) are not statistically significant in determining the cost of equity. Only Governance rating (G) has a statistically significant negative relationship. The implication is that a firm that aims to lower its cost of equity does not need to invest in all aspects of ESG but should focus more on improving its governance. Each company strives to ensure ethical behavior among salespeople through the implementation of policies, training programs, and promotional activities, recognizing that it has a significant impact on company performance and consumer behavior. However, there is a limited amount of research exploring how internal factors within the human resource management system of a company contribute to consumer perceptions. The objective of this study is to investigate the determinants and consequences of salesperson's ethical behavior. Specifically, the study aims to examine the influence of the reward system on salesperson's ethical behavior and its subsequent impact on consumer perceptions of the company and its products. This research is conducted in response to the scarcity of studies that investigate the relationship between reward systems, salesperson's ethical behavior, and the formation of consumer perceptions towards the company and its offerings. So, knowledge-based HR practices could be crucial in attracting, selecting, positioning, maintaining, and transforming important human resources in developing novel processes and products (Manzaneque, et al., 2017). There has been a consensus among previous research that identifying KHRP is a determinant of innovation (Al-Tal and Emeagwali, 2019). Yet, it does not adequately describe how KHRP contributes to competitive advantage. Specifically, there is a gap in understanding how KSB can facilitate the translation of KHRP and SC (Singh et al., 2021) into improved ER outcomes, and whether this relationship varies across different organizational contexts or industries. Further research is needed to explore these relationships and identify effective strategies for promoting KSB to enhance employee retention in organizations. In the specific setting of their tertiary education, this paper presents an empirical assessment of the perspectives on sustainability held by communication students from a business faculty at a large metropolitan university. Besides, the research also explores the conception of communication students about the role of social networks in sustainable development and the role of communication students in sustainable development. This study contributes to providing more material on the concept of sustainable education and raising students' awareness of sustainable development, highlighting the issue of strengthening, spreading, and upgrading the awareness of young people, especially students. The researchers collected data from 17 previous studies and consulted with five experts to establish the main criteria and to create a suitable map display. They then used a pairwise comparison matrix (PCM) to evaluate 16 sub-criteria and collected decision-making data from four experts. The study found that the Social Criteria had the highest weight (0.499), followed by Topography (0.231), Safety and Risk (0.142), and Environment (0.127). The Distance to Main Transportation was the most critical sub-criteria (21.34%), followed by the population in the area (14.54%), slope (13.01%), Distance from Flood history (9.04%), Wind speed (7.21%), and Distance from the residential region (6.04%). Finally, the researchers used the Overlay tool and found approximately 5,825,231 square meters for Average Suitability, 280,876,398 square meters for Good Suitability, and 88,868,024 square meters for Excellence Suitable Area. This is beneficial for state enterprises in planning which location is suitable for establishing a new airport to reduce passenger congestion. Local government has a substantial role in managing solid waste. Solid waste is increasing yearly because of several causes, such as the rapidly rising population and the massive city's expansion into suburban areas. The Municipal takes responsibility to collect and dispose of the solid waste in their responsible area. This article aims to forecast solid waste in the future using four methods: static methods, exponential smoothing, Holt's model, and Winter's model. Then, compare all methods to find the optimal ones with the most accurate forecasting. By determining the criteria, the forecast error measures are the absolute deviation (MAD) and the mean of the absolute percentage error (MAPE), which have a minimum error. One of the other purposes is to develop an optimization route that provides the possibility of decreasing distances and reducing transportation expenses. Typically, the most common methods are the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) to solve the problems. This article will use two algorithms for two steps. The first step is to set the routes with the nearest neighbor heuristic (NN) to generate the routes MSW from point to point until all are reached and return to the origin point. In the second step, improve the routes by using the 2-Opt heuristic. The results found that the 2-Opt can decrease transportation distances, which is optimal and saves costs. In addition to that, it can make process management more effective. Dining practices involve food consumption, choices, and behaviors of diners. This study will also present the individual, social, physical, or macro factors affecting those practices to confirm if they are directly related to their dining practices and if they are sustainable. This study employs Chen, Lu, and Wang's (2017) model, which is based on social learning theory, to examine the influence of consumers' acquisition of knowledge on important features in social commerce components (SCCs) on their cognitive and affective attitudes, as well as their intentions to make purchases. This study discovered that cognitive and affective assessments are markers of purchase intention in a survey of 417 Gen Z social commerce users in Indonesia, with affective evaluations having a stronger effect. Furthermore, affective evaluations are subject to influence from several factors such as the use of forums, communities, ratings and reviews, and social recommendations. Similarly, cognitive evaluations are impacted by ratings, reviews, and social recommendations. The results of this study indicate that social recommendations have a significant impact on both affective and cognitive evaluations.
