Container shipping is a fundamental mode of transportation in global trade among the various options available. Container shipping is vital in connecting global markets and facilitating international trade. It enables nations and businesses to improve the efficiency and reliability of their supply chains. The invention of the container has been a pivotal advancement in response to the needs of a globalized economy. It is associated with a number of positive outcomes, such as increased productivity, improved health, and decreased stress. Sustainable corporate strategies are those that are designed to protect the environment and promote social equity while also generating profits. They are becoming increasingly important as businesses face pressure from stakeholders to operate in a more responsible way. This study explored the relationship between psychological well-being and sustainable corporate strategies using a typological approach. A sample of 1,110 respondents completed the Ryff Scales of Psychological Well-Being and a self-assessment questionnaire about their attitudes towards sustainable corporate strategies. The results of the study revealed six personality types: Dependent under-controller; Accepting under-controller; Independent under-controller; Understanding over-controller; Accepting over-controller; Independent over-controller. These personality types were found to be associated with different levels of support for sustainable corporate strategies. The results of this study prove that there is a positive relationship between psychological well-being and support for sustainable corporate strategies. Individuals who have higher levels of psychological well-being are more likely to be supportive of sustainable corporate strategies because they believe that they are the right thing to do and that they can make a difference. This study has important implications for businesses that are considering adopting sustainable corporate strategies. Businesses that want to gain support for their sustainable corporate strategies should focus on creating a work environment that promotes psychological well-being. Companies find themselves at a crossroads, tasked with aligning profitability with the evolving needs of communities, while simultaneously meeting ethical obligations to society and the environment. Consequently, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has taken on a dynamic role, expanding beyond large corporations to encompass Small-and-Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs). Nevertheless, the intricate interplay between CSR, SME resilience, and the capacity to endure economic downturns remains largely unexplored. This study endeavors to bridge this research gap by delving into the impact of CSR on the financial performance of SMEs in the face of economic challenges. As the Covid-19 pandemic persists, Indonesian SMEs must navigate an altered economic landscape. Although the concept of CSR has gained prominence, its precise influence on SMEs' ability to weather economic adversities and attain sustained financial success remains enigmatic. Consequently, this research aims to uncover the factors that shape the adoption of CSR practices among SMEs, while also investigating the extent to which CSR implementation correlates with financial performance. By elucidating this relationship, the study aspires to provide valuable insights into fortifying the sustainability and resilience of SMEs within the dynamic framework of evolving economic norms. Nonetheless, as we approach the halfway point, our progress in achieving the objectives or goals remains unsatisfactory, not least due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. One of which is related to the sixth SDG that envisions access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene as the most fundamental requirement for human health and well-being. According to the 2022 SDG report, the global water stress level stayed at an acceptable 18.6% in 2019. However, it was further reported that Southern Asia and Central Asia reported water stress levels of above 75%, whereas Northern Africa reported a serious water stress level of over 100%. Since 2015, water stress levels in Western Asia and Northern Africa have increased dramatically. Unless progress quadruples, billions of people will lack access to potable drinking water and sanitation by 2030 due to rapid population increase, urbanization, and rising water demands from agricultural, industrial, and energy sectors that are driving up water demand. Despite the fact that the world's usable freshwater supply is only about 1%, the problems generally faced are ensuring the continued supply and access to this \"liquid gold\" regardless of geographical or economic boundaries. Thus, immense interest and development in wastewater initiatives as a source of water and nutrients have gained momentum at national and international levels including in Malaysia. Several countries have set up free-trade zones to facilitate integrating companies into the global economy ((Raynard & Forstater, 2002). At this level, the internationalization of companies is seen as a solution for reaping the benefits of globalization, in particular, taking advantage of the exploitation of international value chains (Williamson, 1995) or progressively seeking continuous growth (Dunning, 2000). Indeed, SMEs are also concerned by this logic (Marchesnay et al., 2015); (Olinga & Bikoah, 2022) since internationalization represents for small and medium-sized enterprises a primordial factor for growth, development, and sustainability (Cerrato & Piva, 2010). In Morocco, SMEs play an essential role in the dynamics of the national economy. According to the figures, they account for over 95% of value-added companies, 40% of private investment, and around 30% of Moroccan exports (Bentaleb & Louitri, 2011). Although SMEs are less active internationally, they are very successful when going international (Bongolomba Isoketsu, 2017). They are obliged to choose different approaches to internationalization than large companies (Zacharakis, 1997). Political parties and the offerings of organisations have similar characteristics, as the offerings that the consumer votes for are intangible, perishable, heterogeneous and inseparable from the service provider. Similar to commercial organisations, political parties are interested in understanding why voters are drawn to the specific party and what motivates voters to switch to a competing party. There are thus many similarities between how customers choose between commercial brands, and how voters choose the political party they intend to support (Ahmed et al., 2017). Due to the complex nature of political branding, political parties, as brands, are dynamic and the political party needs to ensure that voters understand what the party entails in terms of their core values, such as social equality (Pich et al., 2019). The integration of branding principles into consumer (voter's) preference has led to political parties being branded differently to be distinguishable. According to Busby and Cronshaw (2015), differentiation can be achieved by moving away from simply providing customers (voters) with image-based differentiation but by promising them a lifestyle-enhancing experience which provides benefits to both the customers and the brand. Parties have therefore realised the importance and relevance of having a strong branding strategy. Darling and Gilbert (2019) note that voters do not see much differentiation between the various parties' mandate. In line with the views of Needham and Smith (2015) who states that there is a growing consensus that parties and politicians can usefully be conceptualized as brands, Ferreira and Van Eyk (2022) recommends that more research is needed on political branding and voters' perceptions.
