Secondly, this research will determine feature importance from customer characteristics that drive the closing decision. This research methodology is quantitative, and data mining methodology and data will be derived from primary data, and 202 data will be processed and cleaned into 148 data. This research also uses supervisory learning and using the random forest algorithm. The novelty of this research, Firstly, the health care insurance premium can be predicted by the machine learning random forest algorithm. Secondly, the sequence of importance from the customer characteristics can be determined by the feature of importance function at the random forest. A random forest algorithm can predict the prospect data test with an accurate value of 63,33 %. First, the crucial question that has to be made is how much the income is; second is age, is between 45-55 years old, and the third is how many dependent. The decision tree graph helps construct the questioner's level, leading to a monthly target premium of 3 million to 5 million. This study examines the relationship between work-life balance and employee engagement in the MENA region, explicitly emphasizing the moderating effects of gender and generations. The study employed a quantitative analysis approach, using surveys distributed to 508 full-time employees in various sectors across the MENA region. The results revealed a positive correlation between work-life balance and employee engagement, moderated by gender. However, the study did not find that generations moderated the relationship between work-life balance and employee engagement. The research design used mixed method, with unit analyses 170 respondents as stakeholders in the context of regional investment development management activities. Used path analysis tools, and with informational analysis for the data obtained through semi-structured interviews. The result showed that except for integrated reporting which has no effect directly on the communication of information on the results of the achievement of SDGs. Meanwhile, for all research variables of the five reporting bottom lines, namely economic, societal, environmental, governance and empowerment bottom lines has influence on the implementation of the integrated reporting system and towards the results of the achievement of SDGs within the 4 pillars from the 17 goals of the SDGs. Novelty: There is evidence that the five reporting bottom lines theory with a voluntary initiative to use 5 STAR reporting index also correspond with public sector organizations to be applied. The research uses financial data from these 10 telecommunications companies with the largest capitalization in Asia over the past 10 years. This research adopts a quantitative approach with secondary data listed on the Asian stock exchanges. The analysis method used is logistic regression, which is employed to examine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The research results indicate a negative correlation for lending interest rate and a positive correlation with inflation. A decrease in lending interest rate will increase the risk of financial distress for companies, as seen in the tendency for an increase in current liabilities when there is a decrease in lending interest rate. Inflation has a significant positive effect on financial distress, meaning that an increase in inflation will increase the risk of financial distress. The research results also show that financial risk, operational risk, and company size do not have a significant influence on financial distress in the largest telecommunications companies in Asia during the period 2013-2022. Whilst tax avoidance is legal as the amount paid to the Government is reduced within the law, it is still a risky activity which can eventually increase the costs of the firms (Badertscher, Katz, & Rego, 2013). This is explained in the context of agency theory where firms may use debt for tax avoidance in terms of reducing the tax, but institutional ownerships tend to also incur costs by imposing control on firms to avoid tax. Construction sector becomes the focus of study as there are numerous reports that advocate the sector being high in risk for evading tax payments (HM Revenue & Customs, 2020). It is interesting to also note how the ownership level may also impact the outcome of the study considering that developing markets, such as Malaysia is usually concentrated as opposed to those in the developed countries. The total output of Indian food processing may touch $535 billion by 2025-2026. About 1.77 million people are employed in the Indian food industry (IBEF, 2022). However, the food processing industry in India is facing numerous challenges, including a lack of food quality, inadequate supply chain infrastructure, food waste, greenhouse gas emissions, and so on (Kumar et al., 2020; Sharma et al., 2019). These challenges are interrelated with each other and pose a significant threat to sustainability. Considering this background, this study aims to identify and analyse the interrelationships among the challenges associated with sustainability in the Indian food processing industry and then to prioritise those challenges. Additionally, this study also classifies those challenges based on driving and dependence power. The authors identified eleven challenges associated with sustainability in the Indian food processing industry with the help of a literature review. Then based on expert opinion, the interpretive structural modelling (ISM) was employed to determine the interrelationships among the challenges, and finally, a prioritisation order for those challenges was established. ISM is a methodology for identifying the interrelationships and modelling the challenges, especially while dealing with complex issues (Attri et al., 2013). Further, Matrices d'Impacts Croises Multiplication Appliqué a un Classement (Cross-impact matrix multiplication applied to classification) (MICMAC) analysis was also carried out to categorise the challenges according to the driving and dependence power. Synchronous online learning was introduced as a temporary solution to ensure continuity in learning during the 2020 Movement Control Order (MCO). However, the infrastructure, facilities, and course programs in most mainstream universities in Malaysia are not built for synchronous online learning during MCO. As a result, the effectiveness of synchronous online learning during MCO was affected, especially learners' engagement. Engagement is a very important component of effective learning. Nevertheless, promoting and sustaining a learner's engagement is not an easy task, especially in a synchronous online learning class during MCO. Therefore, how to promote learners' interest and sustain their engagement are two key concerns. This is because the nature of synchronous online learning requires learners to be more committed to independent learning (Kahn et al., 2017) and it also reduces the in-person interaction between learners and their instructors as well as with other fellow learners (Friedman, 2020; Dhawan, 2020). Learning from home has also posed some challenges to learners. Learners find it harder for them to focus on synchronous online learning during MCO due to distractions from unconducive home environments, weak infrastructure (i.e., availability of electronic devices, poor Internet connection) and flexibility to social media (Alam 2020; Vardhaman, 2020; Friedman, 2020). In addition, the sudden migration from physical face-to-face classroom learning to synchronous online learning may also require new pedagogies to ensure learning effectiveness (Flynn-Wilson, 2021). Therefore, two underlying theories related to effective learning namely, engagement theory and interest theory were adopted to understand how to improve the effectiveness of synchronous online learning in the context of Malaysia's private higher learning institutions during MCO. These hubs include Coffee Bay, Port's St John's and Mthatha situated in Eastern Cape (EC) Province of SA. The Government of South Africa has declared tourism as one of the six pillars for economic growth in line with the New Growth Path (NGP). Furthermore, Local Economic Development (LED) in South Africa (SA) has galvanised widespread attention from government, non-governmental organisations, scholars, and practitioners. The National government acknowledges that SA's LED is the strategic enabler for national economic and development objectives and in particular of SA's National Development Plan (NDP). In addition, SA's LED is viewed as an important potential catalytic instrument to create the necessary broad partnerships and conditions for economic development that can generate better and higher quality service delivery, decent jobs, participation and empowerment of communities, women, youth, and vulnerable groups. Moreover, the study contends that prioritisation of sustainable tourism development using LED by the former Transkei region has a potential to unlock economic sectors in this province. In this context, local government is considered to be at the forefront of advocating for pro-poor tourism and LED policies. Lastly, the study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) in diagnosing some of the bottlenecks EC's tourism hubs are grappling with. In conclusion, the findings of the study underscore that there is a need for a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework that would further enable the growth of tourism using LED. This PPP framework could inform policy direction for the entire local government community in EC. Such process will assist in mitigating challenges of triple threat (poverty, inequality, and unemployment) through sustainable tourism and LED.
