The hypothesis of this study is there is a positive correlations between work performance and work satisfaction on special school’s teachers. There are 60 teachers as subjects in this study, those are 16 men and 44 women. This study has used Koopmans’ work performance scale (2014) and Spector’s work safisfaction scale (1985). Result of Spearman correlation test shows that the correlation coefficient obtained by 0.369, with a significance value of 0.002 (p0.05. There is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and work performance on special school’s teachers. Job satisfaction has an effect of 13.6% on performance seen from the coefficient of determination of (r²) = 0.136. The remaining 86.4% is the influence of other factors. Other findings indicate that by gender there was no difference in job satisfaction and performance between male and female respondents. Similarly, there is no difference in the two variables based on years of service. There is a psychological dynamic that accompanies the decision-making process. There is a basis and process for making these decisions. The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the psychological dynamics of decision making by parents who marry off their children at an early age due to premarital pregnancy. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were five parents who were selected through purposive sampling. The Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. Data analysis uses interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman with analysis activities consisting of three flows of activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that there are psychological dynamics that accompany the decision-making process of parents in marrying children due to premarital pregnancy. The various reactions that parents show when they find out that their child is pregnant are generally in the form of negative emotion, such as: shocked, upset, anger, sadness, disappointment, disbelief, and shame. The decision making by the subject's parents considers some basic decision making in the form of intuition, rationale, facts, experience and authority. Students as individuals in their early adulthood need to have a solution in order to properly deal with this quarter life crisis period. Hope can reduce distress and foster a positive effect. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between hope and quarter life crisis in students who experience toxic relationships. The population in this study were students of the State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 92 respondents. The measuring tools used are the quarter life crisis scale and the expectation scale. The analysis technique used is product moment correlation with the help of IBM SPSS ver 25 software for windows. The results showed that the majority of students were in the moderate category of quarter life crisis where women were higher than men. The expectation variable shows that the expectations that students have are mostly in the moderate category, both are in the same category. The results of the analysis show that expectations have a significant negative effect on the quarter life crisis (R= -0.431, R Square= 0.185, p 0.01), which means that the higher the expectation, the lower the quarter life crisis experienced. And conversely, the lower the expectation, the higher the quarter life crisis experienced.
