The high prevalence of malnutrition in NFHS data gives alarm to work for the children who are future of our country. Objectives: To study the nutritional status of children attending pediatric OPD at tertiary level hospital by anthropometric measurements and to know the health status of these children and their relation with nutritional status. Methods: The nutritional profile of children of age group 0-5 years attending Paediatric OPD was studied. Total 1000 under five children were enrolled in the study. Equal numbers of children were taken in all the age groups 0-12 months, 1-2 years, 2-3years, 3-4 years and 4-5 years. Results: As per WHO growth standards, 41.9%, 47.2%, 18.9% of children had underweight, stunted and wasting, respectively. Total malnutrition prevalence was 66.4%. As per MUAC, 51% children were having mild to moderate malnutrition whereas 2.2% children had severe malnutrition. Immunization status was also assessed. Conclusion: Malnutrition is more in girls compared to boys. Malnutrition was more prevalent in 12--‐60 months age group children and was found statistically significant. Reduction of malnutrition can be ensured by availability of supplementary feeds. There is an overwhelming amount of information that can be visualized with this platform, and great flexibility to access the different available data sources is achieved through GIS-based navigational scheme. For example, at stations, visualizing forecasted and historical passenger volume could be of great help when it is overlaid with other social data. Today, there is a great scope for Virtual Reality Geographical Information System (VRGIS), through which the landscape geospatial data can be dynamically obtained and rich visual 3D analysis managements and calculations based on Geographical Information System (GIS) data can be performed. WebVRGIS is so called the web version of VRGIS. The utilization of big data has become a hot research topic nowadays. GIS data has several characteristics, such as diverse predictions and real-time, large scale, which falls under the definition of Big Data. Besides, the city planning has an increasingly high demand for the realistic display of VR system to improve the accuracy of modeling. But, this will lead to the growth of the volume of data inevitably. Virtual scene from a single building to the city scale also results in the increased amount of data. Also, new user interfaces for geo-databases is also expected beside spatial data integration. Hence, the development and management of city big data, using virtual reality technology is an inspiring and promising approach. Most commonly used functions of VRGIS are improved according to practical needs. All the presented functions in our platform are extracted from the practical customer needs. This new technology is aiming to achieve many challenging applications and more interactive and personalized services are expected to be available with resource-intensive mobile terminal. The mobile cloud computing (MCC) emerging in the context of 5G networks has the capability to overcome this bottleneck, which enables the resource-intensive services for mobile users with the support of mobile cloud assisted computing and big data analysis and delivery. In this article, a novel framework named EMC in the context of 5G networks, which offers human- centric emotion-aware services by mobile cloud computing and affective computing is proposed. With the proposed framework, the traditional MCC architecture is modified to achieve the required Quality of Experience (QoE) in emotion-aware applications. Furthermore, we design a partitioning solution corresponding to the fundamental trade- off between the communication and computation in EMC.
