Two public high schools, Denby High School and Grosse Pointe South High School, will be examples of two different types of high schools in the U.S. education system. The study collects data to compare their educational qualities and the students’ backgrounds. The results show that the school which has students with a better family background provides higher educational quality. The construction of urban public transportation should be strongly pushed forward to attract more citizens to travel by it, which will alleviate urban traffic congestion. As the increasing urbanization of Zhanjiang City, the number of motor vehicles in urban areas has shown a high-speed development, which has caused huge challenges in traffic management. Therefore, the essay uses a variety of research methods in the process, learning and drawing on the experience of traffic management in large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad, and exploring the main causes of urban congestion. In order to solve the problems existing in the teaching of traditional situation and policy courses, the teaching mode “Flipped Classroom” based on MOOCs and \"micro class\" has been put forward. As the research object is a group of 56 students majoring in clinical medicine in Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine, teaching practice work and the situation of mastering knowledge of the “Flipped Classroom” are evaluated, analyzed and summarized in this paper. The results showed that the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (p <0.05) in the all three aspects, and 83.92% of the students were willing to continue to carry out the “Flipped Classroom” teaching mode. During the outbreak of covid-19, \"red society\" was criticized for its responsibility in the emergency material support work. Therefore, a sound emergency material support system should not adopt the traditional government's all-embracing mode, but should better play the role of the social material system. They should master inter-disciplinary skills both in IT and OR to keep competitive in career market. It is also an opportunity for business school to combine OR and IT courses in order to revise the traditional course structure in business school. In order to discuss the possibility and necessity of OR and IT combined course system in business school, firstly we review the development of OR courses system. Then we discuss the structure design and curriculum relationship of OR and OR related course systems. After the discussion, we study the reconcile of IT and OR courses that meets different requirement of students’ IT ability. In the selection and recruitment mode, professional managers can be introduced for some senior management positions, or professional managers can be introduced for the entire senior management team as a whole.In the selection and recruitment channels, state-owned group enterprises may adopt internal selectionor external selection of professional managers. Researchers and store planners have acute interests in the customers purchasing behavior on online stores, and the reason that increasingly number of people prefer online shopping. The survey was done in China, mainly analyzing the purchasing behavior of online customers in China. The survey collected the information of Chinese people’s purposes of choosing shopping channel, Chinese customers preference on buying certain products online, and the elements that will affect customers’ shopping feelings. T-test has been done to analyze the significance of the data and information. The survey provides the findings of Chinese customers’ general trend of the purposes, products, and the elements that they care when shopping online. Meanwhile, the survey also analyzes an important finding of the relationship gender, products, and the elements that people care during shopping. Despite the high expectations placed on online education, there are still many people in society who are skeptical and worried about its quality. At present, there are few related researches about the efficiency management of online education, so it is important to explore the factors influencing the efficiency management of online education. In this paper, the S-O-R environmental psychology paradigm was used to investigate the influence of transactional distance on efficiency management. It is found through study that the transactional distance has a positive effect on efficiency management, and learning viscosity plays a part of the mediating effect, that is, transactional distance acts on efficiency management by affecting learning viscosity.
