In this paper, the S-O-R environmental psychology paradigm was used to investigate the influence of transactional distance on efficiency management. It is found through study that the transactional distance has a positive effect on efficiency management, and learning viscosity plays a part of the mediating effect, that is, transactional distance acts on efficiency management by affecting learning viscosity.
