In the selection and recruitment mode, professional managers can be introduced for some senior management positions, or professional managers can be introduced for the entire senior management team as a whole.In the selection and recruitment channels, state-owned group enterprises may adopt internal selectionor external selection of professional managers. 摘要

本研究旨在提出职业经理人市场化招聘与退出策略,为国有集团公司实施职业经理人制度提供战略参考。研究结果表明,国有集团企业职业经理人制度建设应采取自下而上、先试点、稳步推进的方式。在选拔招聘模式中,可以对部分高级管理岗位引入职业经理人,也可以对整个高级管理团队引入职业经理人。在选拔和招聘渠道上,国有集团企业可以采用内部选拔或外部选拔职业经理人的方式。在市场化退出战略中,国有集团企业根据职业经理人来源的不同,可以选择内部退出战略或外部退出战略。
