{"title":"不同重心站立法對優秀女子劍道選手面部打擊技術表現之差異","authors":"李雙郡 李雙郡, 陳膺成 陳膺成","doi":"10.53106/207332672022091902003","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/207332672022091902003","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 目的 : 針對不同重心站立法對女子劍道選手面部打擊技術之差異進行分析,以提升國內女子劍道選手技術水準。方法:以十名女子劍道選手為研究參與者,平均年齡 25.9 ± 7.1歲、平均身高 160.2 ± 4cm、平均體重 56.3 ± 9.6kg、運動年齡 11.5 ± 7.4年。在測力板上分別使用重心在前與重心在後兩種站立法,進行面部打擊,並同步使用 6部高速攝影機分析打擊過程。以成對樣本 t 檢定,分析重心水平位移、重心垂直位移、下蹲期重心垂直位移、竹劍垂直擺盪位移、整體打擊時間、離地瞬間重心水平速度、離地瞬間重心垂直速度、最大推蹬力等參數,以標準差、平均數、t值與 p值呈現結果,顯著水準設為 α = .05。結果:不同重心站立法在重心垂直 (p = .005)和水平 (p = .010)位移達顯著差異、後腳推蹬反作用力有顯著差異 (p = .022),重心在前站立法推蹬地面反作用力 (1.63 BW%) 大於重心在後站立法 (1.55 BW%),重心在後站立法進行攻擊,有較小的重心垂直位移 (8.90cm),和較大的重心水平位移 (53.90cm)。結論:重心在後站立法是較合適選擇的站立法,攻擊動作較為穩定,而重心在前站立法則是能提供較大的推蹬力。在比賽場上採用重心在後站立法時,有較好的攻擊動作穩定性,且在重心水平位移與重心垂直位移表現皆優於重心在前站立法,此結果提供教練或選手作訓練及比賽參考,以提升運動表現。\u0000 Purpose: This study is to analyze the differences of head strike techniques between different Standing Tobikomi Men Methods of female kendo athletes in order to improve the development of domestic kendo. Methods: 10 female kendo athletes were recruited in this study, with an average age of 25.9 ± 7.1 years, an average height of 160.2 ± 4 cm, an average weight of 56.3 ± 9.6 kg, and an average sports age of 11.5 ± 7.4 years. All participants conducted head strikes on the force plate with 2 different standing methods, one with body weight on the front foot (front standing), the other with body weight on the back foot (back standing), and 6 high-speed cameras were used to analyze the strike at the same time. Paired sample T test was used to analyze the following parameters: horizontal and vertical displacement of center of gravity (COG), the vertical displacement of the center of gravity during the squatting period, the vertical displacement of the bamboo sword, the overall strike time, the horizontal instantaneous speed of COG at the moment of leaving the ground, the maximum pushing force. Data was presented as standard deviation, mean, t-value, and p-value, with the level of significance set at α = .05. Results: There were significant differences in vertical (p = .005) and horizontal (p = .010) displacement of the center of gravity, and in the reaction force of the back foot (p = .022). The ground reaction force during pushing off is greater in the front standing (1.63 BW%) than the back standing (1.55 BW%). The back standing had smaller vertical displacement of COG (8.90 cm) and larger horizontal displacement of COG than the front standing method. Conclusions: The back standing is more suitable to conduct head strike with the strikes being more stable. While front standing could provide greater pushing force. The back standing makes the strike more stable and both the horizontal and vertical displacement of COG were smaller than front standing. DTG) 及 11位減量組 (tapering group, TPG)。TPG維持前一期訓練計畫中「速度與爆發力訓練期」之訓練強度與頻率,但訓練量減半的阻力訓練。前一期阻力訓練結束 48小時進行前測,前測結束後第 7天及第 14天分別進行中測與後測。依變項包括最大肌力、50毫秒發力率、100毫秒發力率及反向跳高度。以單因子相依變異數分析及獨立樣本t檢定比較組內與組間差異,組內差異若達顯著水準以 Bonferroni 法進行事後比較。結果 : DTG 中測與後測之最大肌力顯著優於前測 (p < .01),中測之50毫秒發力率顯著優於前測 (p < .05)。TPG中測的最大肌力、50毫秒發力率、100毫秒發力率及反向跳高度顯著優於前測 (p < .01),後測的50毫秒發力率亦優於前測及中測 (p < .01)。組間比較發現 DTG 中測的最大肌力進步率顯著優於TPG(p < .01),但 TPG 後測的 50毫秒發力率進步率顯著優於 DTG (p < .01)。結論 : 7天與14天的DT與TP均能維持前一期阻力訓練之成果。7天 TP 比7天的 DT有更多力量發展的優勢且 14天TP的 50毫秒發力率達最高進步率。故TP策略比DT策略更有利跆拳道選手專項所需的力量表現。\u0000 Purpose: The study was to analyze the effect of detraining (DT) and tapering (TP) after 12-week resistant training on the strength performance of adolescent taekwondo athletes. Methods: 22 active male teenage taekwondo athletes who completed 12 weeks of resistance training were selected as subjects, and were randomly assigned to 11 detraining group (DTG) and 11 tapering group. TPG maintains the training intensity and frequency of the \"speed and explosive power training period\" in the previous training plan, but the training volume was halved. The pre-test was conducted 48 hours after the end of the previous resistance training cycle, and the mid-test and post-test were conducted on the 7th and 14th days after the pre-test. The dependent variables included maximal strength, 50-ms rate of force development (RFD), 100-ms RFD, and the height of countermovement jump. Repeated measured ANOVA and independent sample t-test were used to compare the differences within and between groups. Bonferroni’s method was used for post-hoc comparison if the differences within groups reached a significant level. Results: In DTG, the maximal strength at the mid-test and post-test was significantly greater than that of the pre-test (p< .01), and the 50-ms RFD at the mid-test was significantly better than that of the pre-test (p < .05). In TPG, the maximal strength, 50-ms RFD, 100-ms RFD, and the height of countermovement jump of the post-test were significantly better than those in the pre-test (p< .01), and the 50-ms RFD was significantly greater than the pre-test and mid-test. Between-group comparisons found that DTG was significantly better than TPG in the improvement of maximal strength (p < .01), but the 50-ms RFD at TPG post-test was significantly better than DTG post-test (p < .01). Conclusions: Both 7-day and 14-day DT and TP can maintain the training effect of pervious resistant training program. The 7-day TP could develop more strength than the 7-day DT, and the 50-ms RFD improved the most in 14-day TP. Methods: 70 elderly people were divided into a control group without any exercise training intervention, and a Nordic walking training group for 12 weeks, 3 times a week, 60 minutes each time. The gait parameters were collected when participants walking for 5 meters, and was analyzed when by the optical gait analysis system before and after intervention. Results: After 12 weeks of Nordic walking training, the walking speed of the elderly was significantly increased by 6.25%, the stride length was significantly increased by 3.39%, and the step length was significantly increased by 1.70% (p< .05). Other gait parameters were not significantly different (p > .05). However, the control group that only maintained a normal daily routine for 12 weeks had a significant decline in gait: the walking speed became slower, the stride length became shorter, the gait cycle became longer, the stride frequency became slower, the stance phase became longer, and the period of double support became longer (p< .05). Conclusions: This study focuses on gait of the elderly, for it is one of the important factors causing falls. It is found that 12 weeks, 3 times a week, 60 minutes of Nordic walking training each time can improve the walking speed and stride length of the elderly, and maintain other gait parameters for 12 weeks. However, the gait parameters (walking speed, stride length, stride frequency, stance phase, period of double support) of the other elderly who are not trained became worse. {"title":"大專棒球野手體能素質與專項技術表現之關聯性","authors":"邱俊文 邱俊文, 王信民 王信民, 郭勇志 郭勇志, 謝承勳 謝承勳, 劉子豪 劉子豪","doi":"10.53106/207332672022091902002","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/207332672022091902002","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 目的 : 了解大專棒球野手體能素質與專項技術運動表現之間的關係。方法 : 共 24位大專棒球野手參與,針對棒球野手體能及專項技術進行檢測,體能檢測包含身體組成、柔軟度、上肢/下肢瞬發力、無氧適能、折返跑能力等六項;專項技術檢測包括打擊能力(擊球速度、球棒速度、擊球飛行距離、與擊球仰角)及跑壘速度(本壘至一壘、本壘至二壘、全壘跑)。以無母數檢定 Kruskal-Wallis 單因子變異數分析三個守備位置在體能及棒球專項技術能力之差異,再以皮爾森積差相關分析體能素質與專項技術能力之間的關係。結果 : 內野手、外野手、及捕手三者間在體能素質無顯著差異 (p > .05),在專項技術表現,除了本壘至一壘跑壘秒數內野手與外野手均快於捕手之外 (p < .05),其餘均無顯著差異 (p > .05)。分析大專野手專項技術表現與體能素質兩者之間的關係,以擊球速度與坐姿藥球前丟達顯著正相關;球棒速度與坐姿藥球前丟達顯著正相關;本壘至一壘秒數與坐姿體前彎達顯著正相關;本壘至一壘秒數、本壘至二壘秒數、全壘跑秒數均與垂直跳達顯著負相關、與 30公尺衝刺達顯著正相關;其餘如擊球飛行距離、擊球仰角則與體能素質無顯著相關。結論:研究結果發現大專棒球野手在體能素質中以坐姿藥球前丟的上肢瞬發力、垂直跳的下肢瞬發力、坐姿體前彎的腰背柔軟度、30公尺衝刺的無氧適能與棒球專項技術的擊球速度、球棒速度、與跑壘能力具有相關性,建議在大專棒球野手體能素質檢測項目可進行坐姿藥球前丟、垂直跳、30 公尺衝刺、及坐姿體前彎等四大項目;在專項技術檢測可評估擊球速度、球棒速度、及跑壘速度。另可增加實際場域以錄影觀察擊球員的跑壘、攻擊、及守備觀念並了解動作流暢性。\u0000 Purpose: The research was to understand the relationship between physical qualities and sports performance of college baseball fielders. Methods: 24 college baseball fielders participated in this study and all took physical test and sports skill test. Physical test included body composition, flexibility, power of upper and lower limbs, anaerobic fitness, and shuttle run. Sports skill test included hitting ability (exit velocity, bat speed, hit distance) and base running speed (home to first base, home to second base, and home run). Kruskal-Wallis One-way Analysis of Variance was used to analyze the differences of physical qualities and sports performance among 3 different defensive positions. Pearson Correlation was used to analyze the relationship between physical qualities and sports performance. Results: There was no significant difference in physical fitness among infielders, outfielders, and catchers (p > .05). As for sports skill test, there was no significant difference (p > .05) except that both infielders and outfielders were faster than catchers in home-to-first base seconds (p< .05). Performance of seated medicine ball throw had related with exit velocity and bat speed. Sit and reach test was correlated with the time from home to first base. The time from home to first vase, home to second base, and home run are negatively correlated with vertical jump performance but positively related with 30-meter sprint. Other parameters like hit distance, batting elevation angle were not related with physical qualities. Conclusions: The results of the study found that in the college fielders, power of upper and lower limbs, flexibility of lower back, anaerobic fitness are related to exit velocity, bat speed, and base running speed. Seated medicine ball throw, vertical jump, 30-meter sprint, and sit and reach test are recommended in the physical qualities test. Long-term pitching training may gradually lead to an imbalance in the body because of overuse. Therefore, this study implemented a functional movement screen (FMS) to evaluate bilateral asymmetry, mobility, and stability. Focuses on the movements which had a lower score in FMS, giving intervention to improve their ability to control human behaviors and increase their athletic performance in the study. Methods: The participant is a 26-year-old pitcher pitching in Minor League Baseball who has been playing baseball for 16 years and pitching for 15 years with 198 height and 100kg weight. The highest level is triple-A in his pitching career. The subject’s movement qualities were evaluated by the functional movement screen (FMS) including seven types of motions, and then give interventions with a training program. Additionally, using a 3D motion system and force plates analyze the change of pitching motion and ball velocity before and after the training program. Results: The ball velocity increased +5.8%, the stride period is shorter -1.2%, the arm cocking period is shorter -15.7%, the arm acceleration period is longer +17.4%, the distance of striding is shorter -3.0%.Compare the pre-test and post-test, in stride foot contact, Max ER, and release periods the rotational angle of the pelvis decreased 8.67%, 5.25%, and 7.99% respectively, extensional angle of the pelvis in stride foot decreased 4.05%, 2.23%, and 5.34% respectively, the flexible angle in stride foot decreased 0.01%, 3.92%, and 4.44% respectively. The peak force of GRFs in the pivot foot decreased 2.4% in the pitching direction and 4.4% in the vertical direction. The peak force of GRFs increased 6.2% in the pitching direction and 2.6% in the vertical direction during the arm cocking period. {"title":"10週輕重球混合投擲訓練對青少年棒球選手運動表現之影響","authors":"鍾陳偉 鍾陳偉, 戴興豪 戴興豪, 呂理昌 呂理昌, 邱澤銘 邱澤銘, 劉強 劉強","doi":"10.53106/207332672022031901003","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/207332672022031901003","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 目的 : 探討 10週輕重球混合投擲訓練對青少年棒球選手的上肢肌力與投球表現之影響。方法:受試者為 24位國中甲組棒球隊選手,分為混合組 (正常球:145g;輕球:125g;重球:175g)與控制組 (正常球:145g),進行 10週每週三次的訓練。訓練前後測量上肢肌力(坐姿推鉛球擲遠能力、握力、指力)與投球表現(投擲球速、準度、擲遠能力與瞬間揮臂速度)。結果:10週訓練後混合組投球球速、擲遠能力以及瞬間揮臂速度均顯著進步 (p < .05),其餘依變項則無顯著改變;控制組的所有依變項均無顯著進步或改變。結論:10週每週三次投擲不同重量棒球的混合訓練,對於體型、體能、技術正在發展中的青少棒選手,能顯著改善投擲速度、擲遠能力及投球出手瞬間揮臂速度,建議青少棒選手可進行輕、重球混合的訓練,以提升投球表現。\u0000 Purpose: To explore the effects of 10-week light and heavy ball mixed training on the upper limb muscle strength and pitching performance in young baseball players. Methods: The subjects were 24 middle school baseball players who were randomly assigned to the mixed group (normal ball: 145g; light ball: 125g; heavy ball: 175g) and the control group (normal ball: 145g) for 10 weeks each Training three times a week. Before and after training, the muscle strength of the upper limbs (the ability to throw shots in a sitting position, grip strength, and finger strength) and throwing performance (the speed of throwing the ball, accuracy, ability to throw the distance and instant arm swing speed) were measured. Results: After 10 weeks of training, the mixed group’s pitching speed, throwing ability and instant arm swing speed all improved significantly (p<.05), and the other dependent variables did not change significantly; all dependent variables of the control group showed no significant improvement or change. Conclusion: The mixed training of throwing different weight baseballs three times a week for 10 weeks can significantly improve the throwing speed, the ability of throwing distance, and the speed of throwing the ball. Also, the factor of archery movements contain variety complex of motion phase. Therefore, the shot cycle of stability been shown to be important contributing factors of archery, furthermore of evaluating the performance is an integral part. Methods: The studies investigate sports sciences application of the archery shot cycle and its development in different perspective: 1.The archery shot cycle phases and sports performance. 2. The sports science enhanced archery. 3. Application of sensor technology to analysis in the archery. Results: This review demonstrates shown the sports science (biomechanics and sensor technology) is a very useful metric for assessing sports performance, quantitative measure the progress on training, and finding improve methods in archery’s motion. Conclusions: Thus, concluded that the combine sensors are effective in measuring the skills indicators. {"title":"創新設計之動態轉動慣量網球拍對揮拍速度與主觀感受之立即性影響","authors":"林韋丞 林韋丞, 林國華 林國華, 劉宗翰 劉宗翰, 戴興豪 戴興豪, 陳麒先 陳麒先, 劉強 劉強","doi":"10.53106/207332672022031901004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/207332672022031901004","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 目的 : 正拍擊球為現代網球主流,揮拍速度是正拍擊的關鍵因素之一,因此本研究目的為利用動態轉動慣量之概念,設計創新的揮拍速度訓練用網球拍 (以下稱 : DMOI球拍) ,驗證 (一) 使用 DMOI球拍進行揮拍訓練後對揮拍速度之立即影響; (二) 使用DMOI球拍之主觀感受。方法 : 本研究徵召共 26名大專層級的甲組球員與乙組球員,分別進行DMOI球拍與一般球拍之揮拍,在使用前後進行加速初期速度、加速後期速度、以及揮拍主觀感受等測試。使用重複量數二因子變異數分析、依相依樣本 t檢定比較相關參數。結果 : 當前研究發現 (一) 甲組與乙組使用 DMOI球拍揮拍訓練後,於加速初期與加速後期均顯著增加立即揮拍速度; (二) 甲組揮擊 DMOI球拍主觀感受於流暢滿意度項目滿意度顯著低於一般球拍,乙組揮擊DMOI球拍主觀感受於加速初期省力度顯著高於一般球拍。結論 : 在經過 DMOI球拍訓練後,相較一般球拍訓練,甲組與乙組選手均更能有效增加揮拍速度。因此,建議 DMOI球拍可做為提升大專網球球員揮拍速度的訓練器材之一。\u0000 Purpose: Forehand strike is the main strategy in the contemporary era, enhance the forehand strike must to shorten the swing speeds, therefore the purposes of this study were to design and construct the novel Dynamic Moment of Inertia (DMOI) racquet, as well as to investigate (1) The acute effects of DMOI racquet on swing velocity. (2) Subjective perceived by using the DMOI racquet. Methods: 26 college tennis players in Division I (D1) and in Division II (D2) tennis players were participated in the study and swung the DMOI and normal racquets respectively in balance order. Two photocell time gate were used to detect the swing velocities at first acceleration phase and second acceleration phase. The subjective perceived scale was tested after velocity test. Results: D1 and D2 after statistical analysis of the dependent t-test respectively, (1) both college tennis players in D1 and D2 were significantly higher swing velocities after using DMOI racquet. (2) the college tennis players in D2 Group has higher subjective perceived score on swing with saving effort at early acceleration phase compared to that of the normal racquet. Conclusion: In swing aspect, the DMOI racquet after training programed have faster swing velocity and has positive acute effect on swing velocities compared to those of the normal racquet. {"title":"基於深度學習進行模擬健身房單一器材與整體環境之動作辨識","authors":"陳正鑫 陳正鑫, 陳五洲 陳五洲, 何金山 何金山, 李仁軍 李仁軍","doi":"10.53106/207332672022031901002","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/207332672022031901002","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 科技日新月異人們生活品質逐漸在改變,人們從以前書信往來到現在的視訊電話。人類所聽到的聲音、所感受到的溫度及看到的畫面,都是受器接收後,經由神經傳導到大腦,再藉由大腦的綜整處裡所得到的資訊,對於電腦而言,這些聲音、訊息及畫面就是大量的類比及數位訊號組合而成的資訊。如何透過電腦進行影像監控,並將得來的影像進行解析,獲取我們所想要的結果,始終是一項熱門的課題。以目前的運動監測系統來說,現今許多人為了身體健康,會上健身房運動,而戴上運動手環進行監測目前生理機能如何,再配合巡場的人員觀察與指導,以達到運動健身的效果。本研究主要探討如何針對鏡頭攝影的每個人狀態進行標示。若有突發狀況則會提供警示,不再只是單純的監視畫面,而是能真正掌握每個人的狀態監測系統。以研究面向來說,R-CNN、Fast R-CNN、Faster R-CNN及 Mask R-CNN等許多以卷積類神經網路 Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) 為主軸核心擷取圖像特徵,以達成物件辨識與追蹤技術,其成果已應用在各個領域中。所以本研究藉由羅技 C310攝影機,並透過 YOLO v4深度學習模型結合即時影像進行人體狀態辨識,配合使用者讓使用者能依據自身需求建立屬於自己的人體狀態資料庫,以達到人體狀態監測的效果。\u0000 The quality of people’s life is gradually changing with the rapid advances in technology, from the old days of correspondence to the current video phone. The sound we hear, the temperature we feel, and the images we see are all received by the receptors, transmitted to the brain through the nerves, and then integrated by the brain to obtain the information. It is always a hot topic to monitor the image through computer and analyze the image to get the result we want. In terms of the current exercise monitoring system, many people nowadays will go to the gym to exercise for their health, and wear exercise bracelets to monitor the current physiological function, and then with the observation and guidance of the patrolling staff, in order to achieve the effect of exercise and fitness. This study focuses on how to mark the status of each person for camera photography. If there is a sudden situation will provide a warning, no longer just monitor the screen, but can really grasp the status of each person monitoring system. In terms of research, R-CNN, Fast R-CNN, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, and many other Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) are used as the main axis to capture image features to achieve object recognition and tracking technology, and their results have been applied in various fields. {"title":"校園健身房重量訓練團課對社區中老年人功能性體適能及步行能力的訓練效益","authors":"田政文 田政文, 彭賢德 彭賢德, 黃俊清 黃俊清, 彭雪英 彭雪英, 吳俊良 吳俊良, 宋貞儀 宋貞儀","doi":"10.53106/207332672022031901001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/207332672022031901001","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 目的 : 為加強新冠肺炎 (COVID-19) 疫情衝擊下之預防及延緩失能、增肌抗衰,本研究連結校園與社區,發展並且探討樂齡健身房團體訓練課程之成效。方法 : 招募 8位男性、18位女性居住在社區之中高齡長者 (平均年齡 64.6 ± 5.6 歲),於臺北市某國立科技大學健身房,接受為期 12週、每週 1次、每次 2小時,包括上下肢及軀幹大肌群之機械式重量團體訓練。前後測評估包括身體組成 (含身體質量指數、體脂肪率與骨骼肌重)、功能性體適能 (含上下肢肌力、柔軟度、心肺耐力及敏捷/動態平衡)、握力及步行能力 (含直線、曲線步行及跨越障礙物步行)。結果 : 經過12週漸進式團體重量訓練,能顯著增加中高齡長者之握力、坐姿體前彎以及 2分鐘踏步測驗表現,並顯著提升 10公尺障礙物步行速度及 8字曲線步行速度 (p < .05),然而在身體組成則無顯著差異。結論 : 本研究實證校園健身房重量訓練團課,對提升社區中老年人功能性體適能及功能性步行能力之多元效益,可提供辦理銀髮健身俱樂部之政策及實務參考。\u0000 Purpose: Health promotion and frailty prevention during and after the COVID-19 pandemic is important. The purpose of this study was to develop and investigate the effect of a 12-week group-based mechanical weight training program on functional fitness and walking performance in middle-aged and older adults. Methods: Twenty-six community-dwelling participants (8 men and 18 women, mean age 64.6 ± 5.6 years old) were recruited. Progressive weight training program was performed 120 min per day, once per week, for 12 weeks. Body composition, Senior Fitness Test, handgrip strength, and walking performance (straight walking, curve walking and obstacle crossing) were measured before and after the training program. Results: The intervention enhanced handgrip strength, chair sit-and-reach, 2-min step, curve walking and obstacle crossing performances (p < .05). No differences were observed in body composition. Conclusion: The 12-week group-based mechanical weight training program could promote physical fitness and functional performance in community-dwelling middle-aged and older adults.
