Teslyuk","doi":"10.1109/OMEE.2014.6912373","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/OMEE.2014.6912373","url":null,"abstract":"The series of V-doped glasses with Li<sub>2</sub>O-2B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> (Li<sub>2</sub>B<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub>), 1/2(Li<sub>2</sub>O-K<sub>2</sub>O-4B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>), (LiKB<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub>), CaO-2B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> (CaB<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub>) and 1/2(Li<sub>2</sub>O-2CaO-B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) (LiCaBO<sub>3</sub>) composition containing 0.5 and 1.0 mol. % V<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> oxide were obtained by standard glass technology. The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and optical absorption spectra of the obtained glasses were investigated at T = 300 K. The spin Hamiltonian parameters for observed EPR spectra in the Li<sub>2</sub>B<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub>:V, LiKB<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub>:V, CaB<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub>:V and LiCaBO<sub>3</sub>:V glasses were determined and electron and local structure of impurity V centres were proposed. N-CLI and CuCl<sub>2</sub>-KX/N-CLI samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction phase analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, water vapor adsorption, and pH-metry. In addition, they were tested in the reaction of sulfur dioxide oxidation with air oxygen. The structural, emitting and transport properties of the ZnO films were examined by X-ray diffraction, Scanning electronic microscopy, Photoluminescent microscopy and Current-Voltage methods. The electrical transport mechanisms were analyzed on the base of differential and injection approaches.
