Despite the efforts to combat burnout, the number of U.S. physicians who experience burnout rose from 45 percent to over 50 percent between 2011 and 2014 (National Center for Biotechnology Information, 2015). \u0000The purpose of this quality improvement evidence-based capstone project was to determine whether a physician wellness pilot program can reduce and or eliminate burnout and stress for practicing physicians at an acute care healthcare institution in the Chicago metropolitan area. The capstone project consisted of a pre-intervention survey, an intervention and a post intervention survey. The participants targeted for this evidence-based project were practicing physicians in Illinois that span across all specialty groups. \u0000The physician burnout wellness pilot program was implemented during a two-week period of time during which participants were provided with resources to reduce and or eliminate symptoms of burnout. The implementation of the physician wellness pilot program capstone project showed the physicians at this organization were less stressed and more satisfied with their job at (0.555) percent compared to pre intervention survey results that faired (0.77) and that of the national average of (0.80). Additionally, the post intervention survey results showed the physicians at this organization are experiencing a lower level of burnout (0.44) percent compared to pre intervention survey results that faired (0.53), but a higher level of burnout compared to the national average (0.29). \u0000Physician burnout is an epidemic that requires immediate attention because it not only effects the physicians, but it effects the healthcare system. As such, regardless of the specialty and demographics of the physicians, organizations and physicians alike must do their part in assessing if burnout exists. The findings showed the importance of physicians being able to recognize the warning signs of burnout, encourage them to seek help when they are stressed, and take active steps towards ridding or reducing burnout. The findings were compatible with evidence-based research that supports building physician resilience by way of the development of a wellness program.

This survey aimed to investigate the effective factors on intention towards social commerce of educational services among students. The statistical population included social media users at Isfahan university of medical sciences in Iran. 214 students were selected as the research sample by simple random sampling method. The conceptual model was adopted from theoretical literature and empirical studies. Research findings disclosed that social media quality and social presence have a positive and significant effect on intention towards social commerce. Moreover, social media quality has a negative significant effect on students' perceived risk. Similarly, perceived risk has a negative significant effect on students’ intention towards social commerce and it showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between social media quality and intention towards social commerce. The results revealed that higher quality of social media as well as social presence in social media increases tendency of students at Isfahan university of medical sciences to participate in social commerce of educational services and decreases their perceived risk. Therefore, it can encourage students to utilize the presented educational services in social media.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the social capital from the volleyball nations league perspective of sport spectators. The research was a cross-sectional study carried out using random sampling on 456 volleyball nations league spectators. Gibson et al.'s questionnaire was used to collect the data. "Trust and security" had the highest meaning among the social capital aspects, There was no significant difference between men's and women's social capital. A significant difference was observed only in terms of the "trust and security" dimension between the social capital of single and married individuals. Furthermore, in terms of social relationships and individuals with a master's degree and higher, the different aspects of social capital based on education were significantly different than those holding a bachelor's degree. Sport contests can be regarded as one of the generators of social capital in society. In addition, authorities can improve the social capital of society by planning and creating suitable conditions for these people and by taking into account their demographic status.

This study aimed at comparing the effects of two intergenerational programs and yoga exercises on the mental health of the elderly. The research was based on a quasi-experimental approach with control group and posttest design. The statistical population consisted of Young and old people living. 175 elders were selected using a randomized cluster sampling method and then randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group. Demographic questionnaires, socio-economic status and general health (GHQ28) were used as research tools. Data were analyzed in two stages before and three months after intervention. The elderly included 95 males, 80 females aged 71.89 ± 8.38 years and 60 youth aged 21.45 ± 0.35 years on mean. The results showed that the intergenerational program and yoga exercises significantly improved scores for mental health and all its subscales. The intergenerational program with a substantial reduction in scores in two sub-scales of social dysfunction and depression had the same effect as yoga exercises. But it had less impact on somatic symptoms and anxiety-sleep disorders. Considering the research findings in confirming the effectiveness of intergenerational programs and yoga exercises on elderly people's mental health, it is suggested that these programs be considered by planners in health and welfare organizations and institutions.
