Based on the gyro's movement principle in the coordinate system of inertial platform system, the principle and expression of the heading sensitive drift caused by storage temperature was derived in this paper. Then, the storage characteristics of various drift parameters in the expression under the long-term influence of temperature were thoroughly analyzed, and the storage behavioral model of the heading sensitive drift under the influence of storage temperature was obtained. Finally, the long-term drift feature, the acceleration feature and the storage stability of the heading sensitive drift based on behavioral model was analyzed with the actual storage profile. The results indicate that the heading sensitive drift features no acceleration with the current storage temperature profile, but the influence of long-term temperature is obvious, which provides a basis for reasoned resource allocation for the calibration and maintenance in inertial platform system.","PeriodicalId":140736,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Quality, Reliability, Risk, Maintenance, and Safety Engineering (QR2MSE)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125826660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It also established the connection model between maintenance interval period and availability in the lifecycle, and computed the average availability related to the fixed maintenance interval period and switch rule. As shown in a case study, the optimal maintenance interval period that can ensure the availability is maximal. This approach can be used for maintenance decision-making.","PeriodicalId":140736,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Quality, Reliability, Risk, Maintenance, and Safety Engineering (QR2MSE)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125261932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

DC/DC converter is the core of a switching power. The research of reliability and failure analysis of the DC/DC converters is important to make products reliable and to maintain its performance under different loads. Based on the long-term experience of DC/DC converter failure analysis, two kinds of key failure modes of DC/DC converter which were component failure and assembly failure respectively were studied. In order to prevent the failure occurrence and ensure the reliability of DC/DC converter, several failure analysis case studies were given and the failure mechanisms and possible root causes of failure were investigated. Finally, several failure prevention methods were suggested.","PeriodicalId":140736,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Quality, Reliability, Risk, Maintenance, and Safety Engineering (QR2MSE)","volume":"384 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114896151","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thereby, the assessment methods like Bayesian Net (BN), Neutral Net (NN), and multiple indexes comprehensive method can't be used in this domain. So, a new method must be introduced. Then, Support Vector Mechanism (SVM) which can deal with the small sample, multi-indexes and high dimension events is seemed suitable to this problem. To reduce the complexity of the SVM model, Gauss formula is choose as the kernel function of SVM. The parameter of SVM is optimized by the Cloud Genetic Algorithm (CGA) which can accelerate the GA's searching rate and keep its search randomly to overcome falling into local optimal solution. The model has been proved to be efficient for damage level assessment via a case study.","PeriodicalId":140736,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Quality, Reliability, Risk, Maintenance, and Safety Engineering (QR2MSE)","volume":"6 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122980451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Considering that scrap of spare parts was not taken into account in traditional analysis methods, an optimized model of resupply process was built aiming at maximizing the availability of spare parts. During such procedure, the initial supply and resupply are analyzed considering spare parts scrap and cost restrictions. It is assumed that once the scrap of spare parts exists, extra parts will be purchased immediately in the strategy of the analysis model. We obtained the solution method of top limit to availability at the end of each year. And relations among spare parts shortage costs, procurement costs and demand costs in queuing process are explicated in a formulation. Then the model is solved with an iterative algorithm. The optimized model is proved to be rational and validated by a comparison of numerical examples.","PeriodicalId":140736,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Quality, Reliability, Risk, Maintenance, and Safety Engineering (QR2MSE)","volume":"72 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114499073","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
