And relations among spare parts shortage costs, procurement costs and demand costs in queuing process are explicated in a formulation. Then the model is solved with an iterative algorithm. 摘要

备件库存是飞机保障性分析的重要内容之一。针对传统分析方法未考虑备件报废的问题,以备件可用性最大化为目标,建立了备件再补给过程优化模型。在此过程中,考虑备件报废和成本限制,对初始供应和再供应进行了分析。在分析模型的策略中,假设一旦存在备件报废,将立即购买额外的备件。得到了每年年底可用性上限的求解方法。用公式阐述了排队过程中备件短缺成本、采购成本和需求成本之间的关系。然后用迭代算法对模型进行求解。通过数值算例对比,验证了优化模型的合理性。
