Russian language in Hungary: from past to future 匈牙利的俄语:从过去到未来

The author in chronological order defines the different periods of learning the language withing the system of teaching foreign languages from the genesis upto these days dealing with the evolution components. The author pays attention on the influence of historical and geopolitical processes on the object of research. The emerging increased interest in the study of the Russian language in Hungary is due to the recent development of trade-economic and cultural ties between Hungary and Russia, strengthening Russia’s position in other areas. In the Hungarian labour market the need for specialists, fluent in Russian and able to become active participants in the ongoing process of strengthening bilateral relations increases. Teaching Russian outside the language environment makes it difficult and complicated the process of mastering it at the appropriate level needed for communication and solving professional problems. Beginners than start learning Russian immediately face with difficulties caused not only by differences of the Cyrillic alphabet from the Latin alphabet, but also the polysemy of some of the most frequently used words, flexions the Russian words, the two stems of the verb, usage of verbs of motion and aspects of the verbs.Moreover, the number of training hours significantly reduced after the transition of higher education in Hungary to the Bologna system., that puts as to students and to teachers a complex task. Currently the number of teaching hours in universties at non-philological specialties is no more than 60 hours per semester. Future economists, marketing specialists, workers in the tourism and hospitality industry expect to start learning Russian from the beginning and during the bachelor, i.e. after not more than 360 classes during six semesters, to be proficient not only in the language of everyday communication, but also to pass the state exam in Business Russian (level B 2), which, along with proven knowledge of another foreign language entitles the graduate to receive a diploma. Despite these difficulties, students choose Russian language as a second or third foreign language. The adaptation process is considered in two interrelated coordinate systems: the student - his/her socio-cultural environment and student - educational environment, in which he included natural way. Socio-cultural adaptation of a foreign student is a multi-step process that includes: 1) dosed directly related to the motivational sphere of the student’s receipt of information about the culture of the country of the target language; 2) development of the ability to correct interpretation of specific manifestations of communicative behavior of Russian; 3) the formation of practical skills of educational professional and cultural-everyday communication with Russians. The rhetorical contrast relations are interpreted in the article as the pragmatic format of expressing the incompatibility between the interlocutors’ rational settings while having the same emotional and volitional state. Within the frameworks of the blog text we reveal the rhetorical contrast relation model which includes the justification of the contrast appropriateness from commenting readers. The problematic state of affairs representation as the stimulus presupposes the reactive explanation of the state of affairs resolution ways. The rhetorical contrast relations within the frameworks of the blogger’s stimulus and the reader’s reactive commentary predetermine the coherence of jointly generated virtual text which is marked by the adversative conjunction but or be the communicative context itself. The contrast and its reasoning coordinate the blogger and reader’s modus spheres with the obvious differences in their views upon the state of affairs under discussion. It is demonstrated that in the blog text the rhetorical contrast relations are associated consistently with the expressing of incompatible points of view shared by the interlocutors. In this case the adversative conjunction but pragmatic function is to to correlate the views expressed in the asynchronous time plane and, consequently, to contribute to the linear unfolding of jointly generated text. The functional importance of the adversative conjunction but is specified in the interactive aspect. Taking the human factor into account is the most important characteristic of post-nonclassical science, and therefore the anthropocentric vector of modern linguistic research contributes to the emergence of most of these principles. In the twenty-first century, all humanities including linguistics are changing under the new demands of the modern social situation: first of all, due to a higher level of synthesis of humanities, their integrativity not only among themselves, but also with natural sciences. For such a complex research object as language, representatives of many sciences can contribute - from molecular biology, genetics, neurophysiology and psychology to anthropology, neurolinguistics and analytical philosophy. Research specialization should be found, as V.I. Vernadsky points out, “not in science, but in problems”, because the removal of information barriers between the sciences gives a powerful impetus for the research development. Thanks to these tendencies and principles, linguistics started exploring the problems that previously were not part in its sphere of interest. The examples are taken from the novel by modern Spanish writer Torcuato Luca de Tena “Los renglones torcidos de Dios”. The result of this study provides a thematically organized list of phraseology and lexical resources, contributing to imagery in the media texts of the period.The purpose of this work is to identify the characteristic features of the lexical units used in the texts of Russian print media to construct the state’s image.The fundamental methods of research include linguistic and cultural analysis, general scientific method (observation, description, classification, comparison), the frequency method, and comprehensive stylistic analysis. Articles concerning the activities of Russian politicians and political events that took place in Russia from 1990 to 1999 are used in this study and come from newspapers such as “Izvestiya”, “Moskovsky Komsomolets”, Nezavisimaya Gazeta”, “Pravda”, and “Zavtra”.This work allows us to conclude the feasibility of further study of the representation of government in the Russian-language media of the 1990s. The purpose of lexicographical description of psycholinguistic meaning is to present experimentally obtained psycholinguistic description of the semantics of the word in dictionary form suitable for useby ordinary native speakers, reflecting the nuclear and peripheral components of word Semantics.The paper is based on the results of associative experiments of different types, processing semantic interpretation of the results of psycholinguistic research.The study showed that different variants of lexicographical description of psycholinguistic meaning of the word can be offered. These variants vary in the amount and structure of the dictionary definition, in detailed description of the semantics.Variant 1 - the meaning is given in brief formulation followed by full description in seme terms in coherent definition with indexes indicating the brightness of each seme.Variant 2 - integrating the results of several types of associative experiments; integrated meanings are formulated. Lexicographical meaning is given in an abbreviated form, complete seme description is optional.Variant 3 - abbreviated version of the integrated lexicographical description of psycholinguistic meaning, including semantic components with index 0,01 and above, without connotative and functional characteristics.
