Systematic research on the self-ignition characteristics of ferrous sulfide is of great significance to chemical safety. In this paper, ferrous sulfide samples with high activity were prepared by liquid precipitation method. The pyrophoric properties of the prepared ferrous sulfide sample in a different atmosphere were studied by a synchronous thermal analyzer. The results show that the self-ignition reaction of ferrous sulfide contains two parts: self-heating and combustion; Accelerating the gas flow and increasing the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere inhibits the combustion reaction. The inconvenient startup process is one of the main disadvantages of MFC technology. To improve this issue, the usability of dry purple photosynthetic bacteria (PPB) biofilm as the biocatalyst in an MFC was investigated in this study. This MFC composed of three parts: a paper-based membrane, an anode electrode with dry PPB biofilm, and a cathode electrode coated potassium ferricyanide. The dry PPB biofilm on the anode can be activated by adding water and generating on-demand electricity from photosynthetic activity. We measured the discharging voltage generated by the anodes stored for up to 8 weeks. One of the alternative energy is Biodiesel, in addition to being environmentally friendly and the supply of the raw materials available throughout the year using nyamplung (Calophyllum inophyllum) plants. This plant is one of forest plant that grows in West Java. Oil yield up to 75% and its manufacture able to be processed used simple technology with oil conversion nyamplung (Calophyllum inophyllum) seeds of 18 Kg per 100 Kg of raw material. The method of writing this paper uses secondary data from previous researches and other supporting data. The purpose of this study is to analyze that West Java is able to be a producer of biodiesel derived from the nyamplung (Calophyllum inophyllum) plants which is cultivated on an area of 244,926 hectares in people forest to meet the needs of 46,709,600 West Java people. The paper presents the potential of biodiesel by nyamplung seeds as alternative energy to reduce utilizing diesel fuel. This paper explains also about the production stage and biodiesel industry establishment of nyamplung biodiesel in West Java. Two atomizers having different geometries were utilized to perform high-resolution local velocity and droplet size measurements using phase Doppler Anemometry (PDA). The correlation between all captured droplet sizes and droplets axial velocity at four different locations in a spray was explained. After examination several distribution functions, the log-normal distribution has been found to be well fitting in the current experimental data of droplet diameters along the spray center line. The evaluation of D0.1, D0.5, D0.9 and relative span factor along the spray axial direction have been determined to explain the phenomena occurring in far field of a spray. Moreover, ethanol-diesel blending was simulated and reduction in theoretical CO 2 emission due to different blending fraction was estimated based on total fuel consumption by opencast coal mining industry in India. According to this study the increasing trend of diesel consumption and associated theoretical CO 2 emission was observed due to opencast mining as compared to present scenario in India. Chemical constituents of A. graveolens found sedanolide, celerin, celephthalide and flavonoids compounds which are repellent mosquito, antioxidant and antibacterial. This study used the root of A. graveolens were extracted by methanol. The crude methanol extracted isolated by the stationary phase of rice husk ash (RHA). Modified the powders of RHA by sieve sizes of Mesh 20, 40 and 100 gave three particle size are 660, 382 and 143 μm respectively, and cleaned by sodium hydroxide. The crude methanol was isolated by each of the particle size of RHA gave F1-F3 and were examined chemical constituents by thin layer chromatography. The fungicides used Rhizopus nigricans is a fungus commonly known as black bread. The orchid farms in Thailand found R. nigricans damaged leaves and roots of orchids. F1-F3 were tested by antifungal assay, as disc diffusion dilution, turbidity cell density is measurement by % transmitant at 625 nm by ultra-violet spectrometer and minimum fungicidal concentration (MFC). F1-F3 were inhibited fungicides in 68, 53 and 21 μg/ml, respectively. Calcium metal which is used vary from 15 (15μ), 50 (50μ) and 85 (85μ) % with modified fusion as method for saponification. Variation of calcium metal into mixture of Ca/Mg/Zn metal is proved to have different effect to alkaline content value and oleic acid conversion into basic soap. Soap from variation of 85μ had alkaline content of 44.5% weight. Inside the whole soap produced from 15μ, 50μ and 85μ, hydroxyl group was detected with low intensity inside the range of wavenumber length of 3200-3570 cm -1 according to FT-IR spectrum. Due to its overproduction, it is necessary to find new applications for glycerol. In this work glycerol underwent steam reforming to obtain synthesis gas, using α -alumina as a filling material, and two cylindrical reactors of 5.2 cm of diameter and 30 cm long, installed in series, and controlling temperature and carrier gas flow. There was also a condensation system for the condensable products and a sample collection system for the gas produced. The study of the main variables for this process (particle size, temperature, total flow, water/carbon ratio and nitrogen flow) was carried out. The decrease in particle size, as well as the increase in temperature, had positive effects on synthesis gas production. The total flow of the feed mixture and the water/carbon molar ratio should be regulated, establishing a balance between both parameters. Concerning the nitrogen flow, there was an optimum point from which lower or higher flows worsened the results.
