The pyrophoric properties of the prepared ferrous sulfide sample in a different atmosphere were studied by a synchronous thermal analyzer. The results show that the self-ignition reaction of ferrous sulfide contains two parts: self-heating and combustion; Accelerating the gas flow and increasing the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere inhibits the combustion reaction. 摘要

硫化亚铁化合物的自燃是油气生产设施和储罐发生火灾爆炸事故的重要原因之一。系统研究硫化亚铁的自燃特性对化工安全具有重要意义。本文采用液相沉淀法制备了高活性硫化亚铁样品。用同步热分析仪对制备的硫化亚铁样品在不同气氛下的热解性能进行了研究。结果表明:硫化亚铁的自燃反应包括自热和燃烧两部分;加速气体流动,增加大气中的氧浓度,抑制燃烧反应。温度上升速度的加快使自热反应更难进行。
