Calcium metal which is used vary from 15 (15μ), 50 (50μ) and 85 (85μ) % with modified fusion as method for saponification. Variation of calcium metal into mixture of Ca/Mg/Zn metal is proved to have different effect to alkaline content value and oleic acid conversion into basic soap. Soap from variation of 85μ had alkaline content of 44.5% weight. Inside the whole soap produced from 15μ, 50μ and 85μ, hydroxyl group was detected with low intensity inside the range of wavenumber length of 3200-3570 cm -1 according to FT-IR spectrum. 摘要
研究了金属钙/镁/锌混合溶液中金属钙浓度的变化与油酸生产高碱性肥皂的关系。改性熔融法皂化所用金属钙含量为15 (15μ)、50 (50μ)和85 (85μ) %。实验证明,金属钙在Ca/Mg/Zn金属混合物中的变化对碱含量值和油酸转化为碱性皂有不同的影响。85μ的肥皂碱含量为44.5%。在15μ、50μ和85μ生产的整个肥皂中,FT-IR光谱在3200 ~ 3570 cm -1波长范围内检测到低强度羟基。当温度为50μ时,油酸转化为肥皂的转化率最高,为97.9%。
